Great hoagie's and onion rings, try their soups too! The tuna melt is another favorite of mine.
Hands down the best chesse steak around, always has great flavor and is piping hot. I just brung some home and I live in willis about 20 minutes away and it was still hot when I got home and that's after sitting on the counter wrapped ready to go but the staff got a little busy and I didn't get it for at least 5 minutes but it was still hot awesomeness when I got home. The girl taking orders was very friendly the only thing I could say negative is the price 3 whole chesse steaks and 3 large fries was 48 dollars a little high but what isn't nowadays. I still highly recommend Izzys
Best place for a cheese steak hoagie! The lobster bisque ? on Tuesdays is the bomb too! ? 11 out of 10 recommend!

It's my favorite place to eat in annarbor. N all my friends n people i know around that area, prefer Izzy's, it's part of the community and a well known and trusted establishment. Never had any complaints. Staff are professional and friendly. Id definitely recommend.
I’m from Philadelphia and a bit of a cheesesteak connoisseur. Izzys has my absolute favorite cheesesteak in Ann Arbor— the bread is key! Definitely worth stopping by.
I’ve gone to a lot of places that serve cheesesteaks but I discovered this place by chance last year. Kinda mad I didn’t discover it sooner!Really amazing cheesesteaks (the hot pepper relish is an amazing topping!) and kind, welcoming staff. I appreciate the consistency of their deliciousness, which is all anyone can ask for when it comes to good food. I tell everyone that if they ever get the chance, stop by Izzy’s and you’ll keep coming back!
Happy to take your money and make you wait for 10 mins but letting you use the bathroom? Nope. They dont practice good enough cleaniness to offer the bathroom again to the public. Wish i knew that before ordering. If they cant even offer a bathroom to paying customers, how clean is the area food is being prepared in? Some of us have jobs where we drive a lot and have to rely on public restrooms while on the road 10-12 hour days driving.

I went in and ordered a philly cheesesteak. After waiting for a moment to place my order, I could already tell this place must have been good since it had what appeared to be a surplus of regulars. Now on to the philly, it was amazing. The flavor was absolutely outstanding. The service was great, and the atmosphere was friendly. I cannot vouch for any other item on their menu, but I can vouch for their philly.
