Honestly I'm surprised at all the bad reviews. I think it mostly boils down to the delivery from door dash/Uber eats. I've ordered from these guys three times... While personally the fries aren't the best, the smoked wings are delicious and I haven't had one of their sauces that tastes bad. And on top of that the price is amazing!

Placed an order on the website.. got confirmation of order and was charged.. then got a notice a half hour later that order was cancelled. I called the store who said they couldn't issue refund and I had to call doordash. I called doordash, and they said it's just wings had to issue refund. Card charges show chilis ann arbor, not doordash. Either way, I have no food and I was charged the full amount.
The only good thing about my food was that the flavor of my wings were really good. Other than that not that good food. The wings had a rubbery texture, skin was falling off, and were damn near dry. The fries were cold and my coke was flat /:
Got buffalo boneless wing combo, the ranch is fantastic but the wings were somehow soggy and dry at the same time. Fries were burnt. Buffalo sauce had a bit of funk to it and overall wasn't great. Im not sure if the soggy/dry problem is true for the bone-in wings but I def don't recommend boneless.
I've ordered from here many times and it always tastes amazing.Edit: I genuinely don’t understand all the bad reviews. I order from here every couple weeks and I’ve never had a bad experience. The ranch is awesome, the fries are awesome, the Santa Fe and the Honey Chipotle wings are awesome.

disgusting. got it delivered and it was all soggy and tasteless. wings barely had any seasoning on them. would’ve been better off if i had eaten damp cardboard. never ever will i order from here again. stay away!
Ordered wings and most of the wings looked like they were covered in hair. Absolutely disgusting. went and got food somewhere else.
