I live an hour away and I visit this location frequently and have no issues at all.I fully understand the hours change with the school semesters - HOWEVER it would be nice to update google or at least put a sign on the door stating new hours or temporary hours for whatever length of time.The woman who appeared to be in charge when I walked in was not pleasant. Granted it was after midnight but still. There wasn’t even a greeting or anything. As soon as I opened the door it was a “we’re closed” with no explanation. It took for another employee walking outside to explain to me why they were closed so early.Maybe next time she should lock the door and put a sign up on the door.
We were craving some cookies so went inside, as soon as went inside, a worker told us to wait outside because the lobby is closed. He said we'd have to place an order online (and we couldn't just tell him what we want like right there) mind you it was raining out ?I'm not trying to be a Karen but it just rubbed me the wrong way honestly...We got the cookies around 15 minutes later but they were rock hard. The only good thing was their ice cream ngl. Would not come or recommend this location.
I ordered a six pack and each cookie had a very crunchy texture similar to chips ahoy cookies. Don't sell cookies if they have been sitting in the heating area all day.
Horrible business practices. Waited in line in a dirty store for close to 15 minutes while the three staff behind the counter apparently had no idea what they were doing. Finally got to the front of the line to be told they don't accept cash..... what kind of business doesn't accept cash in 2022? Cash is America's currency. I had a debit card but refused to support a business in America that doesn't accept American currency.
I found a hair in my cookie. I literally felt that hair in my throat. I feel violated

I ordered a dozen cookies, and got the call that the delivery driver was there, so I went down to get the cookies. The problem was that there was no cookies and no one there. I called the driver, who said they left them outside on the ground. Mine you, this was in front of a dorm where a ton of people are going in and out constantly. And it was raining, hard. I was waiting inside for the call, too, so I came outside within a few seconds of getting the call, and there was nothing there. Either someone took the cookies immediately (and of course they did, free cookies were left for anyone to take), or the driver just didn't show up at all. I called the place itself and they said that would resend them, and call me when they got there. I was up all night with friends and never got a call. I paid $30 for cookies I didn't get. I waited by the door for over an hour for the resend and they just didn't show up. Will not be ordering again.
It would be nice to tell your coworkers that someone has been waiting to order for 10 minutes while you’re talking to a girl, even when you are off the clock. Even more unprofessional, offering said girl free cookies while talking to your coworkers. Word of advice: do this behind closed doors, not near your customers. I usually don’t critique places, but this was just a little bit irritating. Once we got service, the workers were nice.
This place is terrible in a business sense while having awesome cookies. They post they are short staffed while we see workers sitting around. The app and website are laggy and dont give give customer all options. Its terrible how they are giving customers are below par experience for a really good product
Horrible customer service. DO NOR GO HERE! Worst possible customer service! How is this place still open. RUDE!! Disrespectful!! Jerks!! Shame that that insomnia allows this kind of workers to repress them!!
