So many freaking shooters...OMG!! And yummy food 2!! Awesome bar and atmosphere in the heart of downtown A²!!

Food was great, but was told that they needed to hold a card in order to hold the table that we were already sitting at. I didn't understand why, nor did I see any other group be told the same thing. It struck me as odd.

I just wanted to say i find it hilarious you've been trying to hire a dishwasher for 6+ months now. Maybe if you paid a respectable wage, then maybe you could get someone in there. $12 is an insult

Great drinks, a TON of shots, and good food.

To the blonde girl working the dining section at 1AM—check your attitude when you work in the service industry. One of the most disrespectful people I’ve encountered in service. To the bartenders, thank you—drinks were stellar. Only reason this was not a 1 star.

Always a perennial college town favorite. Count Twists are spectacularly cheesy goodness. The waitstaff was friendly as could be. Management left a little to be desired which is why I took one star off. We were a group of 15 trying to have a conversation and the music was so loud you couldn't hear the person next to you. When we asked to have the music toned down a bit the answer was ... "well I suppose so, but we are a bar.. " c'mon, we were the ONLY people in the joint at 6:30pm on a Sunday when school was not in session. It wasn't necessary to make the comment.

We were told that there was a 45 minute wait for a table for 2, totally fine.I go to a place near by to have a drink while I was waiting, about 15 minutes later I get this text: "Your table is now available. Please respond to this text or send a member of your party to the host stand within 5 minutes in order to be sat immediately. Thank you." (9:08 pm)No worries, I respond "thank you, we're finishing our drinks and will be there in 10 minutes!" And then quickly finish our drinks.I get to the restaurant at 9:18 on the dot and give the host my name. He lets me know that they can't hold the table for longer than "5 minutes after the 5 minutes" and smugly tells me that I can be third on the list. Even though it had only been 10 minutes since we got the text.I've been here before and the food and drinks were decent, but this is no way to treat a paying customer. Most restaurants have at least a 15 minute grace period.Honestly, don't waste your time or money. Good Time Charley's, do better.

Because of Covid, they have a QR code option for the menus, but we asked for a real menu and they have those too. Our server was helpful and the food was very good. We were excited they have regular french fries, waffle fries and sweet potato fries. All the meal portions were generous and I've got to mention the grilled cheese was a nice surprise to us as it was on a couple of slices of sourdough bread, it was cut in half and looked more like 2 sandwiches than one- it's big. There is both indoor and covered outdoor dining and quite a large beer selection with a full bar. We did have a "good time" at Good Time Charley's and would visit again when in Ann Arbor.

Always a good place to get drinks or food, especially with a group. There are multiple areas to sit or hangout and a large outdoor patio. Popular spot but not often is it too crowded or hard to get into.

Arrived at 10:10 with a group of 5 (all fellow young industry workers) and we weren't greeted by a server until 10:25. Ordered drinks and the new waitress said she'd be right back to take food orders since the kitchen was closing soon. After waiting for anyone to bring waters (that we ordered) or bar drinks, at 10:55 I flagged her down to put food in and she said the kitchen might be closed now. I responded that she said she'd be back for food orders so we better get food. We did get our food. Terrible ticket times when it was not busy, terrible service even for a new server WITH a trainer. I don't plan on going back with that kind of service, even though food and drinks were good and priced reasonably.
