Charged for no ice. Literally, that's not an extra fee mentioned anywhere on the menu .If this business is going to use deceptive business practices to make a profit, I'd rather go elsewhere. It was just 50c or so, still, the quality just wasn't there for me and there's a ton of competitors they offer similar products that I haven't seen do anything sketchy like this. Even though the ding tea shop is chic and has a good atmosphere, I'd rather just go elsewhere. Taro tea and mango black tea both tasted kind of watery. If it was actually good, I wouldn't actually mind the extra slap in the face and rude customer service when this was mentioned. ( I made it very obvious I tipped $5 and after I looked at my receipt and brought it to the attention of the cashier was made to feel stupid)Yeah, not getting my business again

There are a lot more bubble tea shops in Ann Arbor then in the past. The best part is I can try the same tea at different shops. When I tried a brown sugar bubble tea drink at Ding, I wasn’t impressed with its taste or presentation. I will not be back. The shop looks cute though ☺️

Original Boba Tea is great but order took way too long to made. Not blaming the staff but rather short of staff

Decent taro milk tea, rude people! Won't be going back.My husband PAID for no ice. Also, tipped. As the lady making the tea proceeded to add ice, he reminded her "no ice".To which she snapped, "you have to pay extra for no ice!". Without even checking his order. Or, that sticker on the plastic cup.My guess is her racial stereotyping must've made her jump the gun.My husband clapped back "I did!".Loud enough for everyone else to hear. She didn't make eye contact after that. No apology. Will just stick to Kung Fu tea. Awesome customer service.

I got the strawberry slush with aleo vera and tapioca pearls, It was really good! The worker was really nice and the shop is clean and beautifully decorated!

Love this place! One of the best boba shops in A2, hands down. All their flavors are tasty, especially the taro.

After sampling most of the bubble tea places in Ann Arbor, my top favorites would hands down be between Ding Tea and Coco’s. Ding Tea’s Brown sugar is my absolute favorite paired with the sea cream. I feel like the quality of tea here is very creamy, milky and earthy. It’s just how I would like my milk tea to be without it becoming the artificially sweet kind that caters to the American palate (although, if you know what youre looking for, they have those options if that’s what your sweet tooth craves ;) And I’m super grateful that their sugar, even at 100%, doesn’t make me sick, unlike Sharetea and Quickly. It’s a huge relief for me. I’ve only had good experiences with the staff, who’d recommend drinks based on your preferences and even sweetness adjustments if needed. Also got a free drink as part of some promotional deal. Love it here.

i have been coming here for a while and my go to is the brown sugar milk tea with golden boba! speedy and kind service always. i would give 10 stars if i could!
