Pizza was ordered at 11:20 with a 12:00 delivery time. I called at 12:30 only to be told it's "on its way". Finally at 12:50 (90 minutes) it arrived at room temperature and required me to heat it up. Please avoid the inconvenience and go elsewhere. There are plenty of great pizza places on this side of town.
Thank you, Cottage Inn. I accidentally put my work address into our delivery order and when the delivery driver called (because he was at a closed business), he was incredibly gracious and brought the order right to our home address. Truly appreciate this place!!

By far the worst customer service I have ever received in my 35 years of life. We’re from Canada and we stopped over to get some pizza before heading to Chicago; oh boy what a mistake. We ordered two pizzas which took forever and when we got them they forgot our dipping sauces. I went to the counter to ask for them where I was standing for literally twenty minutes. Full staff, they notice I’m there they’re trying not to make eye contact. Music is blaring, conversations amongst themselves. Now there’s a lineup almost out the door but they don’t care. I gave up and sat back down.Cottage in pizza is great but this particular location lacks mannerism and customer service. Other customers kept telling me they stay in the back and don’t listen. They took my money and I got nothing in return!Never again. I would not recommend this place. 1 star because the pizza is good

I know that everyone is short staffed. And I'm definitely not complaining. Just trying to get the word out there.Our pizza was hot and super fresh. Always made exactly how we want.
The bbq chicken pizza is the one I get here. The breadsticks soak up all the delicious marinara sauce and garlic butter sauce. We ordered this last night, and it disappeared quickly!
Love the pizza, but be aware that on weekends, the wait can be about an hour at peak times.

I ordered for delivery a pizza and wings from their website. The pizza arrived cold; The wings were cold, soggy, and missing the buffalo sauce. When I called to ask to have the sauce sent out (since wings are not good plain), I spoke with the manager, Ethan. He refused to do anything to remedy the situation despite it being their mistake. He was rude for no reason, and then at the end of the call changed his tone to mockingly and sarcastically say "Happy Holidays". I will never order from here again. The wings just went into the trash so that was a waste of money. There are plenty of other pizza options around that are much better tasting and with much better customer service.
