There were 3 employees working behind the line only 1 person taking orders they would all talk to each other but not to the customers.The lack of ordertaking created a huge line of people. Then they would flirt with just one customer until he left. One of the girls, her hair started sliding out of her ponytail so she shook her hair until her ponytail holder fell off but her hair is falling all over the counter her hair came down to her butt. It was gross display of not caring and uncleanliness. When we finally got our order taken and left the building only to discover the cone is chewy not crisp and ice cream taste like the chemical air freshener sprayed in the room we had to throw it away.I will not be back.
Tried to visit the store at 925pm, since google states they close at 10pm. Was very rudely yelled at by workers stating "we are closed. Leave" as I walked in. There were other customers in the store being served. I will definitely be contacting corporate.
I ordered surrender to strawberry which includes white cake , strawberry and whipped cream. They only added white cake and whipped cream. Really very disappointed.

If you want to order pick up, I highly suggest you do not. Our order was supposed to be ready by 8:08. It is now 8:43 and they are still making our ice cream. They took orders from people behind us in line while our “already ready to go” order hadn’t even been started. We waited for 30 minutes, AFTER PRE ORDERING! Save your time, and your money.
Quick pickup. However, employees just looked at me. Not a word. Even after saying thank you to them.
Came in at 9:30pm on 10/26 and the girl behind the counter claimed that they “closed early” and could not serve us even though there were other people in the store. Very rude and unprofessional, not sure how you can “close early” when there are people in the store and your sign says open.
Ice cream cakes are delicious. But the service is very poor. I spent around 40 minutes to get served with only two people in line. People that work there are so distracted. Just messing around and texting on their phones. They can see customers but they ignore we are there.
If you really want to eat good ice creams! my kid liked it a lot. A very unique experience of eating ice cream. Great place to spend time with friends.
