A couple of weeks ago I placed an order online for pick-up, drove there and disappointedly found out that my order never made it to their system, the cashier guy (visibly annoyed by my presence) pointed out at the sign saying “our system is down, call the number to get your money back”Today July 3rd I place an order online, drive there for pick-up and am welcomed by a sign that indicates that they “should” be open today, and closed tomorrow… but in fact they are closed.Both times I wasted my time, gas, and quite frankly was extremely annoyed by it.I dont usually boicot restaurants, but this chipotle location absolutely sucks, go somewhere else.

The worst Chipotle in the country ( the service, however, was good). But from 3 times I have been there they have never had everything in the stock: 2 times chicken and beef were missing, one time lime and salad. Next time I will bring my own from home. Seems, like there is a bad management, not bad workers..

We placed a large order for our entire family (over $140) to be delivered, only to be notified 5 minutes before the estimated delivery time that the order was canceled. We were prompted to call the restaurant for more details, however the automated phone system does not allow you to actually talk to a person in the restaurant. After repeatedly asking the automated system for customer service, it finally connected to the restaurant. After several rings, the call ends. I tried calling back 3 more times with the same result. No reason for a canceled order, and then no options to talk to someone to find out why. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Ordered online for pickup. When I arrived, the order was marked as ‘completed’ even though it wasn’t ready. I guess their system was down, and they weren’t taking any more online orders. Not a big deal. Since I was picking up an order my partner already placed, I was told by one employee that I could just stand in line and they’d make my food. This is what I’d expect, since the order was already payed for. After they made my food, I got to the end of the line and was told by another employee that I would have to pay again, even after I showed them the order number, and everything to prove it was payed for. I didn’t bring my card or any cash, so I left my food.The cherry on top that ultimately inspired me to leave this review was that as I was walking out, I heard an employee make some nasty remark about getting “free food” that night.

Do not order with mobile order or online pick up. Frequently out of many items. I've had my food made with random substitutions or not at all. Each time I have to call and go through customer support. I have to wait several business days to get a refund and rewards I use I never get back. If you are a lover of chipotle chips they rarely have them and when they do they are almost always stale. I want to love them :(

Big Chipotle fan but this location was the worst I’ve experienced. Went at noon and they said they were out of almost everything: beans, chips, guacamole, and the new advertised chicken and were told pretty rudely that no more food was on the way. Finally, they incorrectly overcharged us for what we finally managed to order. Definitely would recommend going to the Qdoba right down the road instead.

****updated*** I just got home and the order is ENTIRELY INCORRECT. They didn’t even put the steak on one of the bowls and the other one was a random combination that neither of us ordered.Original review: This is by far the WORST Chipotle location in the entire country. I’ve visited Chipotle stores in a dozen states and dozens of cities. This location has had issues for years. Currently they have zero chips and are taking online orders for items they don’t have in stock and refusing refunds.For years it has been disgustingly dirty inside, a food safety nightmare.

If I could get this location a negative star amount I really would. I got there I waited in a 15 minute line I get up to the front the woman asked me what type of rice I wanted she put one and a half scoops of rice I asked for more she said no I then said I don't care I'll pay for it I want more rice. She then asked me what kind of meat I wanted in my bowl I said chicken she goes we're out of chicken. If you're out of something something needs to be posted at the door before I wait and spend 15 to 20 minutes of my life waiting for my food. I then said I'll take steak. She goes we're out of that too. I tried to call the restaurant to make a complaint. I got to speak to no one for over 25 minutes. Do not go to this restaurant all you'll give them is your time.

If they could win an award for most wrong orders, they would win! More than 1 time they have given me meat even though I'm vegan! They do not double check the labels before putting the lid on. Horrible customer service and no matter how much feedback you give they do not improve!

I beg you to go to qdoba down the road. Ordered 3 tacos, and got a nasty swimming bowl of tomato bean soup in first pic. Second picture is their take on a salad. There were two separate instances!! This location will consistently give you wrong and plain laughable food if you order online, even when it’s not busy. 1 star reviews are all accurate - this place is a joke.
