This place is terrible.There were out of everything.I waited 10 minutes for rice then was told guac was only available for online orders.While placing a online order was told that they were out of steak .Lady who works there is very rude !!!She acts like she just wants all the clients to leave .
The food is great if you can get it ordered. Have been attempting to order online and via the phone. Both systems are not working properly with a continual we can't accept your order at this time or "Opps something is wrong." Even created an rewards account where it finally allowed entry of the credit card information and it continued to not allow the order at this time. Finally got through to a real person on the phone and was told it must be you. Good thing I have brains enough to order from some place else. Very rude!
HUGE thank you to whomever prepared my Door Dash order today! I had almost lost faith in this particular Chipotle with ordering to-go orders because the last few times the bowl I ordered was barely half full (and for the price I paid, I was more than disappointed). Whomever prepped my order today completely redeemed my faith because they paid attention to my online order and made sure to actually fill the bowl and not skimp. I am so appreciative and whoever that employee is deserves a raise!
Food was good. Saw a lot of employees there but only like 1 actually working. So we waited in line for well over 15 minutes (line only had 4 ppl ahead of us) but the guy working was super friendly and the food was delicious.
Mobile app order was ready after the estimated time but not by too much. Staff seemed attentive to customers that were in the store.Food was good but one order was missing an item in the burrito bowl and quantity was less than the other bowl, when comparing the two. Tried the new pollo asado and liked it. Would order again. Carnitas is still the favorite. Steak was just okay for me.4 stars since overall service was decent and food was great.
This place seemed to be having a hard time the day I went. It was a mess! The tables were dirty and the spot where the drinks and silverware are was disheveled. The mobile orders were shoved on a shelf. I was missing 2 items from my order, the lady who helped me fix it was obviously annoyed, but she fixed it, so thats good. There were 3 other people picking up orders at the same time as me, who were missing items as well. So, I'm guessing it wasn't a fluke. My food was thrown together and a bit cold, but it tasted ok. Not something I want to try again anytime soon though.
I got food poisoning from the briarwood mall restaurant. I tried to just call them to let them know and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who got so so sick. Seeing as how they didn't give me an option to speak with someone I'll just leave a horrible review. I'll never eat at any Chipotle again. I've lost work and money bc of this. I threw up all night and will probably need to call in 2mrw also. I also got hung up on when I tried to leave a message. Smh.
Horrible customer service. My daughter ordered a kids meal . It came out out to $13.41. I asked for the manager Shelby Cottenham had a nasty attitude. Didn’t even try to understand that the cost for a kids meal was ridiculous. She charged us $2.50 for every side. She shouldn’t be the mananger let alone in customer service.
Went in at about 1P.M. and it was decently busy. Food was super fresh and made perfectly. Everyone was very friendly. I actively watched them sanitize tables and work stations a lot. My food was DELICIOUS. I worked for Chipotle for 3 years a while ago. And I still love their food and could eat it everyday. Thanks crew! Did a great job. *Chicken bowl, side tortilla. Extra white rice, a lot. Half pinto beans or fajitas. Chicken. Half green salsa, extra corn. Cheese, sour cream, and lettuce( if looks fresh). Boom. You just got two meals for price of one. Scoop half that bowl into the side tortilla and roll a burrito. You're welcome :).
Been coming here for years and it’s been great, recently though.. each time I order I just deal with rude customer service. I ordered a pop with point on my app and I didn’t get it in the bag. So I kindly asked the woman if I could have the pop I ordered. She said “that’s because we don’t have none” extremely rude and didn’t even offer anything in replacement. I’ve been in customer service and wouldn’t never done that. It sounds simple but her rudeness turned me away.
