Ordered to go online. Prompt service. Bowl was put together well and ingredients were in stock.(Some places in the area are not able to do this currently!)
Dirty and seemed horribly managed! The one good thing about this store is the worker who prepared my food. I don't know his name, but he has brown hair and black glasses and is short. He was pretty fast, so it was nice being able to get out of there even quicker.
Oh look! Another Chipotle with no Fajitas. ?This one has the added bonus workers standing around in a group chatting.They had fajitas earlier, you can tell. Guess no one wanted to make more 45 minutes before closing. ??Guess I'll eat elsewhere.
Nice atmosphere and food was good. Although, they wouldn’t give me a cup for water which is unheard of nowadays. The manager told me they ran out of water cups so I had to buy a drink if I wanted water lol
I have ordered from this location a couple of times. EVERY TIME they do not put veggies or guacamole. It is literally a soup of sour cream, rice, a bit of cheese and beans. That’s it. It is missing about 4 or 5 other things. I also would never want that much sour cream. I never said to put that much. Again, this is soup. I know it is hard working in the restaurant industry right now, but when I go in they have everything there.
I've had online orders just never get made at this location (and they won't even let you ask if yours is coming out because they're in a rush). It happened twice in the same week! They can't even refund you at the store for that.Not wanting a repeat disaster, I figured I'd Just walk in and order. I walk in tonight (45 min before closing):"Sorry. Online orders only."?
I’ve had so many bad experiences at this chipotle I no longer feel comfortable going here. Recently had a worker get aggressive towards me for asking for more rice once. After consistent issues with the food and small portion sizes, the aggressive worker was the last straw for this location. I love chipotle but this is by far the worst one I’ve been to.
Still waiting for my refund for the food they never made. (The restaurant was closed, but they still had me pay for my online order.) Contacted several times. Ignored every time. This happened WEEKS ago. Never order from this place if you prefer to get something in return for the money you spend.
The wait is long at times but the workers (African American woman working the kitchen, Caucasian woman with glasses, Caucasian gentleman working the cashier and veggies line) were very hard-working and should receive kudos
Horrible customer service. My daughter ordered a kids meal . It came out out to $13.41. I asked for the manager Shelby Cottenham had a nasty attitude. Didn’t even try to understand that the cost for a kids meal was ridiculous. She charged us $2.50 for every side. She shouldn’t be the mananger let alone in customer service.
