I have been going to this place for over 13 years and have never had a bad experience, it’s a warm friendly local tavern and it home to in my opinion what is the best macaroni and cheese in Ann Arbor, whenever there is an occasion for going out this is the place I always choose, from the wonderful Ann Arbor art to the friendly wait staff 10 out of 10 one of favorite restaurants in Ann Arbor.

They serve a meatless Ultimate berger which paired well with some onion rings and a IPA on tap. Great service made a good intro to Ann Arbor.

A typical tavern experience with the elevated decibel level of the Ann Arborite crowd, tables nestled close to each other and tavern food with great burgers cooked to order, fluffy pub fries, yummy deep fried artichokes and my delish fried cod fish and fries with my favorite garlicky Clancy hot sauce! It was a good Friday to come early and park close to the tavern!
Always the friendliest service and most consistent spot to eat and drink amongst neighbors. Snag a booth, a basket of onion rings, and a very large Long Island iced tea. I know what you’re thinking, but trust me.
Writing this as I am eating their shrimp. Absolutely fantastic !The staff are delightful and the food is amazing. If they say they have French onion soup for their soup of the day, then you must try it! Comes in a mug and was crazy good! Only qualm is that it’s not a permanent menu item!

Just LOVED our evening, food, service & cozy tavern atmosphere! Had fried artichoke hearts, cream of mushroom soup & Casey's Tavern special sandwich w/pastrami & smoked turkey - delicious! We loved everything! Sorry didn't take pictures...too busy enjoying! Our server John was great & we enjoyed chatting w/him too!
Fantastic local venue. All employees were wearing masks and taking appropriate precautions. Prices are fair and drinks are strong. I really enjoyed this place and will be back.
