Had to wait until 10:00 for the place to be opened only to find out they were only taking orders from grubhub! Why would I waste my time around for thirty minutes waiting for the lobby to be open just to get bagels when they are not even opening the place up to customers?!I use to come to this place all the time but now I’m thinking of taking my business somewhere else.Good day!
Would not allow me to order in person. Required me to order over DoorDash and pay ridiculous fees. No selection and bagels were bad.
Long hair guy in glasses making customers feel horrible for no reason. I get he probably had a long day, I thought it was just me but I could see other customers stumble. Food was fine, service killed the experience. Won’t be coming here again.
Oven was down so really busy. Got a hashbrown, but it was cold. Still yummy bagels and bagel sandwiches.
