I will be definitely be coming back for drinks at Boba Tea House, I live in Ohio and it's worth the drive over!
Our first experience was extremely positive and we were very happy to find a bubble tea place that we liked that was out of downtown. After that first experience, it steadily declined, until a visit today has made us not want to return.We always order ahead with no issues. Today when we arrived, the drinks were still being made and I heard the gentleman working say, “that’s what they get for ordering extra jelly.”I knew those drinks were mine and it made me very apprehensive to drink either of them, as I had no idea what he meant by that. I don’t think they realized that I was standing off to the side and could hear them chatting, but it made me extremely uncomfortable. They bagged up my drinks and I waited a second to grab them- my existence was not acknowledged.I wasn’t really sure what to say in that scenario, and it is unfortunate because I actually just recommended this place to someone this morning and we come multiple times a week, but we won’t be returning due to not knowing what could possibly be done to our drinks and poor customer service/attitude.
This place has all my favorite flavors, and always accommodate me wanting to use my own cup. They have been out of coconut jellies for a long time, but they recommended rainbow jellies which includes coconut, that was helpful! I personally love the honey lemon aloe tea with star fruit jellies, ooor the taro root milk tea with black boba and coffee jellies. The options are limitless…
I was in this area so I decided to give this place a try instead of going downtown or north campus. But it didn’t taste that good. The Oolong milk tea I ordered had too much water and the tea flavor was very light. The price here costs more than Coco, Chatime and Tea Ninja and is about the same as Moge, and I think the quality should be better. Employees are very friendly and the decorations are cute but I don’t think I would like another try.
Great service and bubble tea selections! Nice and cozy on the inside too. Loved our winter melon milk tea with grass jelly and honeydew milk tea with grass jelly ?
I love this bubble tea spot. Their shop is cute and Instagramable. Their milk teas are simply amazing. I get the taro milk tea with tapioca + cream cheese topping and my son gets strawberry milk tea with popping boba. The staff members are always friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be going back!
For starters, the place is super cute and a very welcoming atmosphere. The tea was amazing, and absolutely addicting! The employees were extremely friendly. Not that my drink wasn’t addicting enough to make me want to come back, but the experience and atmosphere as well!

Boba tea is really good! Service is a 10/10.However the place is really dirty. Floors are un sweep and not clean. I would recommend for employees to sweep and mop everyday. The decor is beautiful but it would look nicer if it was clean.
