I am not a huge ice cream fan. In all honesty, my family wanted ice cream and I was simply tagging along. After tasting their flavors, I ordered the Lavender Lemon Honey and it was amazing! I can say that I may not be a huge ice cream fan but I am definitely a Blank Slate Ice Cream fan!

This is the best gluten free/dairy free ice cream I have ever had! Multiple options to choose from. If you can eat “normal” ice cream, my husband loved his too!
Balsamic strawberry
I have Celiac Disease, which is a VERY serious autoimmune disease triggered by eating even trace amounts of gluten (on par with the most serious peanut allergies, except it kills you with cancer years later instead of anaphylactic shock immediately). They have a wonderfully labeled menu with tons of gluten free options. If you're very allergic or unable to have cross contamination, they offer "allergy pints" that they scoop from the back. It's been so nice having a place I can go to for dessert!Minus one star because most of the staff is clearly not super trained on how to handle allergens nor aware that they're allowed to scoop "allergy pints"—almost always, the person I'm talking to has to go ask a senior if they're allowed to, which they've always said yes. Or, in one case, the person seemed really confused about me saying I can't have a flavor scooped from the front, due to the cross contamination. In addition, I haven't found any info on what they do to prevent cross contamination when manufacturing. If they also start offering (safely stored) gluten free cones, that'd be a 6/5 for me!
The Lavender Lemon Honey is TO DIE FOR. Get it in a waffle cone & thank me later. If you get pints of ice cream to go, they will give you a cone. Break off pieces & use to dip into ice cream you've let sit on the counter for 15 minutes. Un. Real.
First split scoop of the season! Fresh basil tasted as good as always, and balsamic strawberry was tangy!
Blank Slate is our go to spot for ice cream. We love their mix of unique creative flavor combinations in addition to great staples done to perfection. Furthermore they have a great offering of both gluten-free, vegan, and non-dairy flavors, all of which are clearly marked for your convenience. The shop is clean, warm, and artsy-making for a fun time. The staff are always friendly and professional, doing their jobs well and offering great customer service. Wether you are visiting or local, this is the ice cream shop for you. Be prepared to fall in love with their cones, cups, and sundaes. You’ll keep coming back for more!

They had a lot of unique flavors. The best part of their Ice Ceeam They are very rich in the flavor you get. I tried Lemon Bar with raspberry swirl, frozen pieces of fruit inside. Line was long but it did move swiftly. It was worth the wait.
By far the best I’ve cream around! Lots of delicious flavors (coffee toffee for me tonight!) on a nice evening, the line is long but it moves fast. Efficient friendly staff.
