they were okay. my ben and jarry’s peanut butter half bake needed more brownie. it was mid. the brownie i did have but had very VERY little was delicious.NEEDS MORE BROWNIE!!!!!please take into consideration that it needs more brownies!
Went in there a couple of days ago and a man that works there was extremely rude as soon as he approached me, very unfriendly and made me feel very uncomfortable with how he interacted with me. I will not return to this location.
Love this place. Scoop sizes are huge and I never finish. Always make a trip here when I go downtown

Worst service ever.The old guy said small size cups can only have one flavor. But I saw the reviews and it turned out to be not true.Also, he was rude, saying he had a bad ear.Last, The taste was not as good as the one next door so I have no reason to visit again.
Came in today with my granddaughter and the man who said he owned the shop was extremely rude. Pushing useless on me. I know what I want and what size I want. Horrible experience 5.50 for 2 small scoops of ice cream that they call a small. Next door it's 4.89 for 3 scoops which is a small. Ben & Jerry's thinks they are the best but not when you have a rude owner operating a shop. The girl that was there just shook her head at him and his actions. I will be calling corporate with my displeasure and treatment.

When you check the Ben and Jerry's store online on Google, it says No-Contact Delivery and Curbside pickup. I call the store and they say that they cannot take orders on the phone. I asked them then why do they have curbside pickup. The lady who answered the phone (who said she was the manager) said that the website to order is a2benjerry.com or benjerrya2.com or bena2jerry.com and that she is not exactly sure. I asked for the manager and the lady said that she was the manager. It is ridiculous that the manager does not know the website to put in an online order for curbside pickup. If you do not have curbside pickup, do not advertise as much on google and mislead customers. I will be contacting the Ben and Jerry's corporate office regarding this false advertising and callous disregard for safety protocols during Covid. If the local law does not mandate that you offer curbside pickup, I understand that but then do not advertise that you have No-contact delivery and Curbside pickup.
