Love this place BUT make sure you have PLENTY of time to wait. Not uncommon in morning to wait at least fifteen to twenty minutes which is just too long. Need more staff for morning rush. And, once in line you can’t get out. Been here ten minutes so far today six cars in front of me and in that ten minutes not one car has been fully served and left. Additionally, quality of drinks can vary fairly significantly visit to visit.
The chai is delicious, hot or frozen. Also, they typically give my pup a treat so she loves going there. A big plus.

I absolutely love this place. It's better than Starbucks and they're super nice. My favorite place to go when having a bad day!
Bearclaw is my FAVORITE coffee place in Ann Arbor. I've never had a negative experience. Staff are always friendly and professional. I love the punch card that they give you. I try to visit once every couple months or so. They move fast and they are always accurate.

In the course of getting ready and powering through a move, coffee is an important element. We love this place. The staff come out and take your order. The coffee is top notch. The service excellent. The pastries delicious. Thanks for powering us through the move...three days in a row...
Loved it! If you are looking for a place to get a coffee don't pass this place up. It's such a cute building and great coffee drinks and snacks. Staff is super friendly and it's an overall humbling experience. Of course they charge a bit much for a coffee but who's doesn't? We all need to make money
Menu is large, lotta options. Coffee is good, pastries are average - all the coffee drinks are bigger than you expect as their small is 12oz. Quick drive thru service most of the time.
10/10 would recommend this place! Such a cute building and to go containers. I didn’t get her name but she did not disappoint when I asked if the chai was sweet! It’s 10 times better than the starbucks and biggby chai. My mom got the Karamel kodiak latte and it was also a 10/10.
