I've never commented on a fast food joint because, well, it's fast food- I expect it to be kinda meh. This Arby's has consistently given me incorrect orders over the last few months however. Twice it was a regular roast beef instead of a beef and cheddar. Today, the order was 1 beef and cheddar meal with curly fries and a chicken/bacon/Swiss (no tomato) with curly fries. What we got? Regular roast beef with crinkle fries, regular chicken with tomato and crinkle fries. The only thing correct was the drink! The meal itself was standard for Arby's but don't go to this one and expect to receive what you order!
Last time going to that Arby's. Getting something on the way home from a long day of work about 8 o'clock. I got the smokehouse sandwich. Worst decision ever... I got food poisoning in the morning with my stomach hurting and puking in the morning. Still on the toilet making this post after using the bathroom 8 times today...
Great food. A little skimpy on the Arby's sauce but they are working their butts off while being short staffed,great staff despite everything.
Bun was dry and crumbly. I think amount of beef was less. Disappointed
In this time of understaffing and poor (even RUDE) service, this place is consistently prompt, polite, friendly and kind. The food is good, too!
First, only the drive thru is open. But service was quick with fresh sandwiches. Friendly drive thru people too.
First time this location. Tried their fish sandwich which was very good. Had a good 2 fer deal going on . Very satisfied.
The coke delivery driver left a mess on the floor and no one even after being told so came out to clean it up. Bathroom were without toilet paper
It was Arby's. Food was good. Service was fast. They honored the coupons. Good value.
Very rude service from the drive through lady and when asked about curly or crinkle fries we said multiple times all curly and they STILL gave us crinkle, and the manager was the one who handed us our bags and asked about sauce and I requested the peppercorn ranch (not the packet ranch) and he still gives me the packets. As a former manager of arbys I’m highly disappointed and won’t be back to this location.
