We booked the Glass Onion Griddle to cater our wedding shower in August so we had to go try the food. SO good. We ordered a little bit of everything and it was all amazing. All of the staff were great. I don’t think there was one person who didn’t stop to check to make sure we were doing okay. Definitely our new favorite breakfast spot!!
The hotel we stayed at had this on a list of nearby restaurants, so we gave it a try. It had a real hometown feel, like most of the people who came in were regulars and the staff knew them. Very clean, nice atmosphere. Staff was very friendly, and the food was very good. The eggs benedict was some of the best I have ever had.
We ate here for the first time today and all I can say is I am impressed! It looks like any normal diner from the outside, but it’s warm and welcoming on the inside. The food was absolutely amazing. We had almost no leftovers (and I took 3 kids!)I would highly recommend them for any breakfast/lunch type meal.
Delicious, neat, and fresh, tasty food! Love coming here :) Cute little local cafe, and I love how they have a monthly specials menu too =D. Recommend coming on a weekday though for no wait, forgot a place like this would be super busy on weekends lol
You can enter from the front or rear. Cute family diner. All the staff is friendly. Checked on us several times. The food came out extremely quick. The stuff French toast wasn’t overly sweet and the turkey sausage was fresh (not frozen). The American sandwich was on point.
I always love every meal I get here whether it be breakfast lunch or dinner they're all wonderful clean restaurant great atmosphere wonderful service
Went here for our wedding anniversary brunch. Been following them for a while on Instagram and finally came to try! Diner style restaurant with good breakfast/brunch/lunch. I don’t eat pork so them having a lot non pork options was a plus! I got short rib hash and pancakes which were AWESOME! Husband got the triple threat sandwich which has cornbeef, beef brisket and pastrami. That sandwich taste like more! Will be back soon!!
My first experience here was a positive one and I will dine here again. I tried the "New Year, New You", and it is fantastic! Please please please make this a regular menu item! I modified it to my tastes (no peppers), and it was delicious! The staff was busy as the place was hopping, but everyone was pleasant and service was prompt once seated. I look forward to visiting again!
Traveling to the airport and decided to stop for brunch. The restaurant was packed and the tables were full of delicious looking meals. The wait was only 5 minutes.We ordered the BBQ brisket hash with sunny side up eggs and an order of French toast. The hash was very tasty. The bbq sauce went perfect with the brisket, potatoes, egg and toast. This meal was perfect. The French toast was also good.I will certainly return when traveling to Detroit!!!!
This little diner has a good variety on their menu. I had the Glass Onion Breakfast Sandwich - very rich with the melted gouda. The grilled onions were tasty - just wish there were more on the sandwich. The fruit cup that came needed fresh fruit so I didn't eat that My husband had the corned beef hash that was very tasty. The portions are nice. Coffee is tasty and the staff is friendly. Would like to try them again when in the area!
