Held my sons Grad Party in their wonderful Banquet room. Rosa, Patty and Chris worked great with my demands. Food was delicious.
The food was good. We ate outside. It was nice. The inside looked nice too. I ordered the fettuccine alfredo with Italian sausage. I liked it a lot. My friend had a pepperoni pizza. He said it was really good. The pizza looked good to me. The menu has a lot of items on it. I want to try the jambalaya next time. The waitress was very nice but she seemed new and didn't know a lot of the menu but that's okay. She was still very helpful and friendly. It seemed like they were understaffed but it was really slow when we went there. I'd go back.
The food is usually pretty good but it takes a very long time. The last time time we went our friends salmon was undercooked so he sent it back, they chopped it up and recooked it but parts were still undercooked. Our waitress was nice but the waitress at the table behind us was extremely rude and yelled at her table and escalated a situation unnecessarily when the table rightfully questioned why their food took so long.
Food was ok but our waitress...if you watch the episode of Seinfeld where Kramer is dating the woman who talks way to quietly, that was her. She stood and stared daggers at the bartender not pouring her beer. She was nice, just hard to hear. Would go back again.
I gave it one star because zero was not an option. been there a few times, won't go back ever again. One time had ribs and mac n cheese, started feeling sick before i left the place, got food poisoning. recently went there for a birthday party and couldn't get a menu from my waitress bc they were too busy, even though they were not. after she had no problem pushing more alcohol on me while i was hungry, apparently ordering food isn't as easy. when i went to the bar, i was told it's the same restaurant and they were busy and he would check if he could make me something, even though i explained that i had celiacs disease and couldn't eat anything the party had catered for it. overall, an absolutely pathetic experience. i'm pretty sure as the paying customer they are their to serve us food, not just alcohol. do not go to this place
Tonight was my worst nightmare in dining out history… period. We walked in at 8:00 with no people ahead of us. We asked for a booth because my daughter is disabled with a number of health issues. They told us we had a little wait… there were two empty booths available but made us wait for one to be emptied and cleaned… we waited 20 to 25 minutes. I watched while manager was laughing in a corner with obvious friends , hostess walked back and forth doing what appeared to be nothing. I walked over to booth we were waiting for which was emptied and cleaned but still NO attempt to seat us …. When I asked for the manager, to tell her that my family was leaving she then offered to seat us. This place proved to me tonight that it has no heart for people with obvious health issues . Shame on all of you who could not drop what you were doing g to help us. I will NEVER step foot in this heartless joint again. May none of you ever have to be in this position to experience what me and my family experienced tonight… if one person could make a difference I would be boycotting your place out front discouraging people to walk in those doors …
Good atmosphere and really good wings. But that's about it.Let me first start off by saying that as a big hockey fan, it's pretty cool to have a bar with a hockey theme. With that said, it's a great place to watch a game. It's also a great place to bring kids, as it has a little game room with air hockey, pool tables and other games. It took them quite a while to seat me, which was annoying, but not a deal breaker. Then I ordered a beer. I initially wanted a labatt on draft, but they didn't have it. Okay, so I ordered a Molsen on draft, which tasted funny and was flat. So then I ordered a pumpkin Griffen claw. And that was terrible also. It was flat and tasted like wet dogs.My wings were good, even though they said they were going to bring the hot sauce on the side and they tossed them instead. But their wings were actually the one thing that prevented me from giving this place a 2 or 3 star on this review. They do play a goal horn everytime someone scores a goal on TV. I found that to be amusing.Overall, this place has great atmosphere and great wings. But that isn't good enough to overcome the flaws this place has. Their prices are kind of high and their beer was absolutely terrible. Their staff's attentiveness is highly questionable as well. I give this place a 4 star. And that is being generous.
Great food. My bartender was a cool guy with a sense of humor. The menu has too many choices. However everything this home made and fresh. The head chef takes a person touch on every dish. She came out clarified my order to make sure it was perfect. The Broadcast Booth is definitely a place I will visit in the future.
Enjoyed my daughter's 21st birthday celebration! Burgers were cooked as ordered & our waitress took great care of us! Not too crowded in afternoon, so we felt very comfortable!
I’m convinced everyone that left a five-star review is a diehard Allen Parker or friends of the owners considering the absolutely awful service I received yesterday. My family of 4 came in at 7:30pm for dinner and did not even get acknowledged until about 10 minutes of standing around, the bartender seen us standing there and did not even bother to greet us. After finally getting seated we waiting another 10 minutes before our waitress came up to take our drink orders, got our drinks and placed our order. Two cups of chili and An order of potato skins to start along with our three entrees that consisted of a meatloaf sandwich, grilled cheese sandwich, and steak bites. We waited 45 minutes for our appetizer and chili to come out and another 10 minutes for Entrée to follow. The food was absolutely terrible and not worth the $90 we spent on dinner. This is the second time we’ve been to this establishment and it will be the last time, I love supporting local businesses but I do not like paying $90 for what I received at this restaurant.
