I came in here around 4:45pm. There was no one else there, the dining room was a mess and both employees were sitting down. I told them i needed a few subs and they asked how many. I told them 3 foot longs and 2 6 inch subs. The girl helping me looked at her co- worker and then told me they have a 4 sub limit. I said, so you won't make 1 extra sub? I have 5 in my family. It's like 4 subs with 2 halves. She refused to make them. There was no one else there so it's not like anyone would have had to wait. I then asked her if she was refusing to help me and she just looked at her co- worker again. I told her that i would just take my business elsewhere. Then both workers gave me dirty looks. I left. I have never been so disappointed in a business before. To refuse to do your job and tell me its what your manager told you to do is wrong. Im sorry i have a bigger family and sitting around doing nothing is your priority. I won't be returning to this subway again. I work in the medical field and wish that i could sit down long enough to eat a meal or use the restroom. I see if first hand, no one wants to work, even when they have a job.
Way too many fruit flies all over was watching carefully to make sure that the meats and veggies on the sub didn't get covered up with the top of something else red is always very crumbly what are fruit flies where massive I cannot go back I don't want to find fruit flies inside all over my veggies and two Meats I do not want to eat fruit flies it was massive cannot stress off-putting we have found another Subway to go to and everything seems to be clean and no fruit flies you don't have to worry about eating those

I've been here twice the last week having pregnancy cravings for their steak and cheese I know they're busy but they should focus on giving better service. I asked to have my subs extra toasted because the day before it was cold. They acknowledged me but didn't put it in any longer about an hour after eating said sub I've been sick for the last day stomach cramps chills thinking food poisoning from cold meat. Will not be going back.

I wanted to try out this new location so I did. I ordered two subs and there was a fly that landed on the bread twice. I told them I did not want the bread and the employee was going to throw it out but the person who appeared to be the owner told him, in his own language, not throw them out. He also said something else which I did not fully understand. So they just put a paper towel over it and set them aside. I guess it was for the next person who would order subs. I should have just canceled the whole order since the fly was still flying around but it was someone else's order. I did inform them of what happened before continuing the order.
Twice we have ordered in the past weeks. No dressing on a chicken back on ranch salad..twice. Salads are filled not even to the halfway point of the bowl. Forgot our cookies one order and the second order just gave us whatever kind they wanted to instead of the kind we ordered. I rarely complain but this is unacceptable. Go down the road to another subway.
Food was fresh and good
I got a cali steak sub today.I think it's a shame that I paid more for this sub and I don't even know i have avocadoon it. One little spoon and that's it. Get it together subway. Stop nickel and dime. Your customers
