Vincent made my day, my works, even my off days are even chaotic. And he was very concerned, said he'll do his best with my coffee. This guy deserves a promotion because I couldn't find a tip jar.

They only have 1-2 people working at a time so it can definitely take a while before you get your drinks. Understaffed for sure.
Britney is so rude and she doesn’t have patience to take the order and when I said I have a offer to apply she is said so rudely that coupons are not acceptable here and she just charged me the full price and not answering properly why the copies are not acceptable, very bad customer service
Service at the location is was absolutely atrocious this morning 03/22/2021 @ 07:30 a.m....... ordered a mobile pick up only to be greeted with hostility, then watched my order which was in a carrier handed to someone else who touched all my lids looking for there one drink . The barista was rude and completely unprofessional when approached about it .STARBUCKS NEEDS TO DO BETTER !

Therr is a lady miss judy she is always so nice i normally go to biggbee but they are slow as vever and judy just puts u in a great mood i love her and her boss they work realky well together i think they need more money because iam in the food business and its not easy being nice everyday
