I understand staffing shortages but when you are regularly running at least 20 minutes behind and say, “well on Thursdays and Friday we normally run at least 20 minutes behind” it’s not ok. When customers are given estimated pick up times they’d what they expect. Either change the estimated times, hire more staff, or turn off your mobile ordering. Yes, things happen that can make you run late occasionally while working in food service however communicate with your customers and don’t make it a regular practice. Lastly when one employee is working with a customer to try to correct things it is not acceptable for another employee to interrupt saying it’s fixed and then walk away leaving the customer again waiting while it is still not fixed.
Staff work so hard here but the amount that are working on the floor at certain hours isn’t enough to keep up with the amount of customers they receive. Please hire more staff or allow more workers during peak hours
Amazing customer service with clean seating area, make sure to wear a sweater it can get a bit chilly in there but also make sure to plan on going home to use the bathroom because they are absolutely disgusting and unsanitary!!!
Went here for my brothers birthday, got a cakepop. No one questioned why we had a life-sized Eevee plush with us.
Great happy greeting when I enter the cafe. Took my order and I had my order in less than 3 or 4 minutes. Great Great service????I will definitely go back there. Thank for a great start to my day. Blessings??
My wife and I always have the best experiences here at the Southfield outerdrive location my nitro cold brew is amazing and made exactly the way I like it my favorite barista knows my order as soon as I walk in or place it through the app and whatever drink my wife decides to order at that moment is always great and this is why we love this location everyone is friendly and everything is precise and outstanding
Staff is always wonderful and hard working. This location is always busy and overflowing with customers both for online orders and in person. While there is no drive through, the staff still creates a fast paced environment. Drinks are always perfect and food is always hot.
The ladies are amazing! They're so fast and know so many details to make an order that it makes my head spin. I'm no tortoise. I ask everyone to please have patients if the moments you go it's not as fast as my experience. I go almost every day atleast once. Never a problem BUT the pandemic is still in effect. Therefore, exercise some patience. It's just coffee, no sense in getting bent out of shape or making it harder for the ladies. HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Tried calling over and over to see if in store dining was available. No answer. Showed up. And there were staff servicing the drive through but not picking up phones…and indoor dining was closed.
