Former GM and possible District Manager Carol employed me for three days on behest of one, a now fired employee behest. Her working manager and her actively engaged in making sure I wouldn't work there because of personal indifference.My friend was promoted to GM to his own store while dating another employee, who was also promoted to a Royal Oak store as a GM. I know for a fact theyve stolen thousands of dollars from the company without any second look.I'm a sous chef at a major Hotel in mid Michigan and frankly I've learned a lot from what NOT to do from Qdoba.
Worst experience ever.. Place looked filthy food and stuff all over the floor and counters. Didn’t have chips, didn’t have different sauces, one scoop of everything in burrito and $10! Didn’t offer anything else. Rude customer service.. Seen a lady trying to ask the young lady with glasses for something she wouldn’t say a word to her, no acknowledgement. Bad attitudes in this place.. Will not return..
Cooking staff could do better!At the time I visited this place 03/27/22 weekend, on a Sunday, I observed fajita veggies were dumped into a large pan, flames were set to high and left as is without stirring or sauteing them veggies. I literally received uncooked veggies and some nicely charred ones in my bowl.
Went into the store and ordered the plant based fajita bowl. It was so good. From reading the reviews it seems like you're better off going into the store than ordering online.
Seriously got so much wrong...left so much out of my order it's laughable. No sour cream, no guac, no salsa. Didn't give us a bag of chips we ordered and this... didn't put CHICKEN in the chicken nachos! Seriously how hard is it? Not busy. Employees just sitting there when I came in to pick up.
First time eating in this location, I ordered online and picked up inside, the portion on the bowl were enough but it was barely chicken on it. I didn’t like the taste of the food. The place inside was not 100% clean. I won’t be back to this place, Chipotle has better taste.
Need to clean up so food not on floor and scattered across service area. I think if they take time to fix food without rushing things wont get out of order and can stay looking clean. Customer service was good though
The food is plain and bad. The cheese quesadilla was BAD! How can you go wrong with a simple quesadilla? Never eating here again.

This location regularly closes early to avoid actually working. Despite there being 4-6 workers clearly visible, they will shut the doors an hour or 2 before actually closing and not allow anyone in. Then continue to mock and laugh when you show confusion. The manager (female) is unbelievably unprofessional and unsanitary.I truly hope this gets addressed since this is the 3rd time in 3 months, proving they do this often (can’t imagine how much money they are losing the owners/franchise).
