I’ve been coming here all the way from Detroit for years now. The absolute best chicken around! Always fresh, juicy, tasty! The service is phenomenal! Fast, friendly fresh is what I would rate it! Always a smile and a thank you from the staff! Never a problem getting my order right and the couple times there was a minor mishap, it was handled professionally and with a smile!I’ve been driving 10 minutes past my old chicken place to get here for years and will continue to do so as long as your serving that awesome chicken!
I ordered a supreme squared with dipping bread cheese sticks that were ?? the pizza was cooked just right and the ingredients we're fresh. The dipping bread cheese sticks had butter garlic on them I didn't even use the sauce that came with them.. David helped me out and was super friendly.. I'm a tough pizza critic but this place is one of the best I had since I moved to Michigan.. I'll for sure order again
Horrible first time experience.. I've had the pizza twice at a birthday party both times figured I would try it for myself the pizza wasn't horrible unlike my experience now. Ordered delivery paid over $50 for food when we got it which I ordered a side of beans the girl on the phone had a horrible attitude and I guess it's normal to ask there if the sides are cooked??? When we received the food the beans were almost frozen when I called instead of understanding and apologizing the rude girl just said well that's how they always have been! Who knows unless you ever been there to ask if sides are cooked! Not the worst part the ribs were horrible our bun were hard the potatoes were okay hence the 2 stars.. probably will never order again.
Pizza was good with a good amount of toppings. My order was messed up, ordered two specialty pizzas and one was a different specialty pizza than ordered. Called immediately when we realized the order was wrong. Person in the other end apologized and asked if we wanted the pizza credited to my card or to have them make a new one. I asked for it to be credited. Never received the credit. Unfortunately, won’t be a returning customer because of this. Check and make sure your order is exactly what you ordered before leaving.
First time customer. The wings and bread were good however the pizza lacked flavor. Sauce was bland as well as the chesse. The cost was 53$ without tip I know everyone's charging more with this inflation but I need a better pizza if I'm going to spend that much.
We believe in supporting local businesses. First few times all was on point. Last several orders have been over or under cooked and were delivered cold. Pricing has gone up dramatically in the last few years, yet the quality of the food has declined.
Primo's goes the extra mile(more like 30-40 feet but it made all the difference)I'm sick and assuming it's covid so I'm not going out, been eating at home but really wanted some pizza today. I called my regular place that I have been going to for decades and asked if I could pay over the phone and have them hand it to me outside so I wouldn't have to go in. They said they wouldn't do it and as much as I've enjoyed their pizza I won't be going back. Would take less than 30 seconds to walk it out the door. I have not had Primo's in many years but I remember it being great the few times I had it. They agreed to accommodate me, brought my pizza out and set it on the hood of my car. This pizza blows away any pizza I've had in years. Love the sauce and they have the pepperonis that curl up! Primo's will now be my #1 pizza place. And as an added big bonus, they open at 11am. It's surprisingly difficult to find a pizza place that opens before the football games start. Primo's is #1
I love Primo’s pizza. Today just tried their Rudy’s broasted chicken. What can I say? The chicken was tender and crunchy as well as big portions.Loved the broasted potatoes as well and cole slaw. Very satisfied. Thanks Primo’s!
1st time ever ordering and it was amazing! Everyone was very friendly. Definitely my new favorite spot.
The pizzas are AMAZING. I especially recommend the Alfredo-sauce square pizza. I had it with garlic crust and it was crispy and not very greasy at all.The chicken sandwich was HUGE and delicious as well. Overall will visit again and recommend everyone gives this place a shot!Prices are fair!
