Ordered salad, bagel, soup and a sandwich. Sat down to eat and dirty floors and tables everywhere. Took over ten minutes and didn't even get the bagel. Sandwich was the wrong sandwich. Waited at the front till (which was empty) for five minutes. Had to call someone over who was reluctant to answer. Finally got the bagel. Worst Panera experience ever
The last 3 times I’ve come to this location, my order has been missing things. Tried door dash, missing things. So the next time I decided to pick up, checked the bag, missing things. The last time, I received the wrong drink for a pickup, but that was easily fixed. Get all the way home to realize a whole meal is missing. Tried to call. No answer after 20 minutes of trying. Drove all the way back for the manager to blame the employees (for the 3rd time) and offer a pastry and a pick two coupon. I just wanted my meal. She then tells me she’ll go ahead and remake it since the original one I ordered “has been sitting out”. I don’t usually complain as I’ve worked in the service industry before, but this is crazy to me.
My wife and I have been frequenting this specific location for years now. Always have our order perfect and it’s always fast and fresh. Went in the other day and the manager at the moment was pumping!! Made sure the store was clean, all customers had their orders, all questions were answered and all service stations were explained and accessible! The only downfall on our visit was this guy behind our table coughing up his life!!! I know the entire building heard him and no one said anything. Rubbed me the wrong way a little but it is still technically a free world so I guess they can’t force him to cover up, but you have to say something
There were approximately 7 people working and it took us 20 minutes to get a pizza! And we are the only people in the building. The workers are playing around with each other and throwing things at walls. Honestly I wish I would have gone anywhere else. Just a bunch of unprofessional workers. I can't wait to get back into my neighborhood (Canton, MI) this place is a disaster I wish I could give a negative star!
Put in an order around 2pm for a 5:30pm pick-up. Showed up at 5:20, at 5:30pm the app said it was ready. At 5:40, we went in to check and were told it wasn't ready. At 5:50, we checked again. Our order wasn't ready until 5:57pm. No apology, nothing. This is our 2nd time ordering from this location, and the 2nd time it's been super late. We won't order here again.
Rating based on reliability, quality and online ordering. I've only had online orders for pick up. Every order, which has been at least 6 - 7 items, has been 100% correct. This gives me confidence, what I order is what I get "the first time" I pick up the food! The first time I ordered here, I had thought something was missing and a Panera worker came around the counter and helped me go through the entire bag...I was in error.
Quiet and cozy place to study. However make sure to check your order before pick-up. Most likely, they will mess it up for you. Tables are clean but floors need to be swept.
Good people, but check your order really close. They are very busy, so instructions can be hard on them.The food is your standard Panera fare. Relatively filling, a little overpriced but so long as they're paying a good wage it's worth it.
One was cut, the other wasn’t. BOTH were cold. After I was there for 40 mins. The managers and staff continued to ignore me well after they were aware that I was there and waiting. I called at the twenty minute mark, NO ANSWER. I went in. Then after my forty minute wait, clearly not wanting to talk to me the male walks away from the register and gets my order puts it in the shelf next to me ??♀️ and says of it right here I was about to tell the app it was ready ?I was like I got that notification 10 mins ago. No compensation, No apology. Once I got my order The Broccoli cheese Mac noodles were so over cooked and Two teaspoons of turkey chili. To top it all off YES THAT IS A WALNUT ??♀️ I’m down right HANGRY
Buyer beware. Starters… My sis ordered chicken noodle soup. 35 minutes went by snd she did not receive her order…. Finally they cxll her name to the counter and they tell her there isn’t any ??♀️??♀️??♀️! Second, it Took 40 mins for a salad! Third, I had the chicken wild rice and my stomach has been tore up since 630pm! It’s currently 1am! ??????♀️??♀️??♀️???! Don’t do it!!!
