When I order from here in person they give proper potions, but when I order online, they skimp. I used Uber and ordered 2 bigger plates of honey walnut shrimp, which mind you already cost 1.60 extra per side. I ordered 3 sides of shrimp for each bigger plate. When I received it, I couldn’t believe the little amount they gave me, especially for the price I paid. It was the amount they would give in a “plate” portion, which isn’t much but makes sense for the price. It’s not the first time this has happened, but I really am sick of it.
Do not go to sit on a line, order, and wait while starving if you only have a 50 dollar bill because they won't except it.
My food had someone else’s hair buried into it and wasn’t offered a refund or coupon to give them another chance or to idk keep me from letting others know how gross this place is. Will never be back!
I used to really like this place but it seems as though they too have been hit with the pandemic bug where they charge the same price while they give less, unexceptable. I usually tell them to charge me for a small plate (after paying for a large?)since that's pretty much what they are doing.
Never had Panda Express at any location that's always dry, bland or cold please hurry up & hire new employees that care about their job and customers look like too many kids are working smh what a disappointment
I asked for honey walnut shrimp and they say I have to wait half hour for it while four employees are laughing it up at the drive thru window not really doing anything. I believe they just wanted us to leave so they didn’t have to work? That’s what happens when children run a store.
Food was not fresh also gave me a order that was not mine spoke with the manager and very ignorant
Whatever teenaged girl took me and my 8 yr Olds order I did not appreciate her or her terrible customer service. Not to mention my food was not even good and they didn't do something right. She was impatient, rude didn't even speak when we entered the restaurant. She rushed me to complete my order. It was my daughter's 1st time there and she acted annoyed when she was picking her meal. There was no one behind us and it didn't take long for us to order but her body language and facial expression made it seem differently. She was rude ringing me up, I asked for a egg roll and they was one burnt one left and she didn't even offer to make me the three I asked for. It was just an all around bad experience.
This is the second time I came to this location and this is unacceptable like seriously.
Food was pretty good. Be prepared to substitute if they are out of something.
