Birhia taco's are excellent! Loved the salsa if you like a lil heat. Didn't care for their margaritas but food was great. My son enjoyed the steak taco's.
Got sat at the bar not in a booth but at the side table which wasn’t ideal but fine. Waited over 20 minutes for someone to even come to the table. She threw some chips down and said our server will be with us shorty. Waited another 10-15 minutes finally server came to table(Alicia) just to take our order. Got water another 5-10 minutes later(no straws) Ate all the chips without anything to drink. Food came before our margaritas did. The food server ended up getting our drinks, not the one who took our order. Both orders were wrong asked for no sauce on the enchilada friend asked for 2 beef hot one beef one chicken. Never saw the other server until she dropped the bill on the table. Alicia came to our table 2 times total in over an hour. It was obvious she didn’t want to be there. Horrible service. Have come here for years and might not again.
Great food and prices the day I went the waitress was not friendly and seemed to be in a hurry. The chicken burrito was good.

yesterday we went as a family. We waited a good time just waiting for our waiter to go to the table to get our drink. We had 6 people at the table, only four of the meal came to table at the same time. when the other 2 came out, the tacos were wrong. The person who got the tacos is allergic to beans, she even asked for no beans. But, when it came out the tacos where covered in beans. THIS WAS THE WORST ESPIRIENCE AT THIS PLACE EVER.
The food it super!!! However, when temps are in the 30's outside the heat should be on for the customer's. We went on Valentine's Day. Walked inside and it felt like we were rating outside. Got an excuse the the heat was not working. Then we could feel the heat and then when more customers came in off went the heat. I can't believe that a restaurant would not comply for their customers not their staff!!! Not sure if I will go back as this is not the first time regarding the heat situation.
This was a very nice treat...we were seated quickly...our waiter Noah was above and beyond excellent...the food was steaming hot...it had the right amount of seasoning making the food very flavorful...the restaurant was clean...the staff was very friendly.
Love Mexican food and I do like on the border and I normally get the same thing all the time when I go that I decided to try something different and yeah I should've ordered my usual. I was very disappointed in the appearance of the Honey Chipolte Shrimp Taco. It looked pathetic looking. On the menu it described it as hand tossed in honey Chipotle sauce with cilantro, spicy avocado ranch and shredded cabbage. What I got was a naked honey Chipotle Taco. No spiciness at all and that's what the waitress had described as so I was disappointed when I did not get what the picture on the menu had described it as. Oh well! I'll just stick to my usual next time.
Awesome Awesome, this was phenominal food i have never tasted anything like it, loved it so tasty and delicious, my server Sherri, was a sweetheart loved her very attentive, and caring, i give this place 50 stars in my book, the cooks work so hard and are very clean, i wont go else where.?
A group of us had plans (I called ahead and was told we would be accommodated) to go to another restaurant on the hill and we were turned away after we arrived. I instantly called On The Border to see if they would accept a group our size. When they said yes, we moved our party down there. The staff was very accommodating and helped us set up for the 20 people who showed up. They were attentive, professional and very pleasant. I cannot thank them enough for how well we were received and taken care of. Every one of us had a wonderful time and we have On The Border to thank for that.
