Absolutely phenomenal. Today I went in to celebrate my birthday with my family. They took care of us so well and our food was on POINT. The building was clean, the restroom was spotless. The manager stopped at our table 3 times just to make sure we were alright and legit, it made every ounce of difference knowing that someone went out of their way to make sure I had a great meal. He even brought us a desert to share with the family on the house. You want a good meal with great service, to be taken care of from the moment you walk in the door? Go to this Longhorn. You will not be disappointed.

Went about 6pm on Sunday and it was very busy. They said about 45 minute wait and it was more like a 70 minute wait. They take your phone number and text you when your table is ready. We were served in good time but my order was incorrect. I did not send my order back because it was busy and I did not want to keep the rest of my party waiting.I suggest you ask for the bill once you have been served because that is a wait as well. And if you are one that usually don't eat all your food, ask for the carry out containers at that time as well. Oh, I also notice a party of four and each was served their own small loaf of bread. So that is a time saver for those who like the bread.I met up with a party about a month later, with no reservation and we were given a wait time of one hour. Sunday evenings are long wait times unless you have a reservation. I ordered the same thing as last time, grilled chicken and strawberry salad with no feta, and it came with feta. So I give up on that.

I had a stake with mashpotatoes and an onion soup. The stake is really good, but i didnt like at all the soup. The place looks like you are in California, there are cows pictures everywhere

We came in around 6 for a party of 2. We were told there was a 10-15 minute wait so we reserved a spot. We got our table in about 12 minutes and were quickly helped and given drinks. We were able to order as soon as we were ready. Our server, Kaleb, seemed to be spread thin doing so much at once but we never waited on him and he made sure we were taken care of. We got the chop steak and the filet and both were cooked perfectly and delicious. We also were easily able to order a burger to go. Everything was excellent.

Went on a Sunday, kinda busy but, was clean. ( I used to be a waiter, so I'm patient). Got our drinks ordered yadda yadda.. got our steaks mine was cold. Ordered medium came out pretty medium rare and barely lukewarm. Took a while just to get it rewarmed( had to wait for the waitress to come back around). When the main thing your restaurant is is steaks you'd think it has to be at least on the other side of warm. Still paid for it and left a good tip. Not going back

My favorite Longhorn! They are really busy on the weekend with a 30-40 minute wait time around 6p.m. The chef at this location is happy. I haven't sent a plate back yet. The waitresses and waiters are the best. They're attentive, they check on you at least every 7 minutes throughout your meal. When they serve you, they ask you if you need any thing else before walking away. I've tried the steak, chicken and shrimp dishes and all were good and cooked perfectly. I recommend you try any thing on the menu because, you can't go wrong. The environment here is good for a date night, family, work or friends. The best time to go without a long wait Friday thru Sunday is before 6 p.m.

You know....I just like this chain restaurant. I know it's not cool to say but I just did. It's always been good. The drinks have always been poured strong and the food is pretty great.

Longhorn is always good for a standard 3-4 star review. One of our steaks was overcooked but that was the only error. Staff was pleasant, bar staff seemed overwhelmed. They would not clear a seat at the bar because "they were understaffed", we watched 5 members walk right past the plates. Imo, do a little extra to help your crew and get a two customer sale while we wait on a table... sounds like good business to me. Otherwise, our actual server was great, food was typical sans the mostly well done steak. That is why for this trip, it'll be a 3 star. Bar staff and manager should have been more efficient, added to a very long wait for service.

Always get great servers there. Food and drinks are good. Their french onion soup is really good. Part of our party's steak was overcooked today and has happened before as well but overall one of my favorite places.

The waiter was not wearing a mask and kept switching his behind all over the place, talking all dramatic!I was not very pleased with my drink, it taste like fruit punch. Todd (the district manager or whatever he was) came to the table after he found out I was dissatisfied with the drink. He tried to explain there is not much alcohol in my drink. Of course I knew this but absolutely nothing was in this Sangria.Todd is not well trained customer service. Instead of offering me something else he pointed out that I finished the drink, which I had and was totally willing to pay for and did pay for. I live in Texas where customer service is still practiced. My drink would have been totally taken care of which would have prompted me to buy more and refer friends to the establishment because of great service.I would not refer anyone to the Longhorn Dearborn establishment.
