I ordered an Italian sub and it was flat. JJs sandwich are normally about 2 1/2 " thick, the meats falling out. This was about an inch.
I am not fond of the bread; too tough on the outside and gummy in the middle.

First of all you guys open at 11 AM. That is very inconvenient. On top of that you have one or two employees not enough to provide a good customer service. And it taste like your vegetables are not fresh at all.
I had the absolute worst driver today. He was extremely rude. He called me to tell me he was downstairs. I work in a hospital, I told him what floor I was on and I’ll meet him at the elevator. He told me, no I’m not coming up there. I don’t feel comfortable being around people with Covid. Like seriously? I ordered delivery for a reason. So I was able to have someone go down and meet him and our door screener said he was so disrespectful. We’re all in tough times right now, and Covid is scaring everyone. But maybe you shouldn’t deliver food if you’re that concerned.

ordered a meal and never got my chips. asked for napkins, name on subs, sandwich cut and got none of that.
Freaky Slow Delivery. Every time I order it takes an hour plus to get my stuff delivered even though it’s about a mile away.
I placed my delivery order at 1pm, it is now 2:15 and I still don't have my order. Not so freaky fast. **update** Just now received my order, it is is 2:45...they also didn't give me the mayo packets I requested that is on the receipt!!
They made my food quickly and delivered it in 30 mind. They marked all our subs so it wasn't a guessing game.
