I query " Do I get 15% off since bot failed(?dipping sauces)"? Nora said NO. I? why? She said no way to do. 20 minutes. Order placed. Nora ? s back to??? my Address (which she used for cc info. She is 1# off. I say 3rd house on the left. 45 mins. Pizza gets here, driver gives pizza & stands on porch... I Forgot to include TIP!! NO discount for bot failure??? Found tip.gave to driver.Smh? Thoughts? I really still like Jets pizza!!
We order from this Jet’s location frequently and we have really never had a bad experience. Our orders have always been spot on. Half the time we do carry out and the other half we do delivery. Every delivery driver we have had from this location has been very friendly and on time, therefore we tip well. Today I just want to give a special shout-out to our delivery driver. I didn’t get his name, but he was extra awesome! For starters he made it to our home earlier than anticipated in snowy weather/bad roads. And as he handed me the pizzas he saw my son in the living room and asked if he liked Pokémon (he does.) So he ran back to his car and brought him back a Pokémon plush toy still in the packaging. My son was beyond excited! So thank you so much again for the awesome service and going above and beyond! I hope this man’s managers realize what an awesome person he is!
Online ordered , ready when picked up at est time, in & out convenience cooked to perfection and delicious, will be back again.
Jet's is definitely a favorite! My first time ordering from here in my way home. Very easy ordering online and a decent number of offers and coupons. Extra discount for texting in orders!The crew member at the register was very friendly. The Jets 10 I ordered was fresh and tasty. Well come back again!
I'm not really sure what happened tonight, ordered a large combo through text. 1st and last time ordering through text. I didn't get the large Combo price was over charged a couple dollars because it placed order as separate items and I didn't notice. got a small jet bread shoulda been a large, a 20 oz pepsi instead of a 2 Liter and the jets bread was not the normal gooey yummy jets bread it was like eating Styrofoam with cheese on it. complete disappointment. I'm wondering if there are new owners because this is not the same Jets. I love Jets pizza, Allen Park was a flop tonight!!

asked them what type of drinks they have. they said "pepsi products". so i ask for a pepsi and they say the only thing we have is diet mountian dew. why even tell me you have pepsi proudcts if the only thing you have is diet mountian garbage? staff was rude and it was unclean. go to any other jets if you value hygiene. no hair nets. gross.
This place used to be so much better. Not sure who's running the kitchen now, but you need to get your act together. Hope you see this.
Always good, never disappointed when I get a pizza here.
