I love the food here, but it's pricey compared to a fast food place
Incredibly slow. Waited 40 minutes for two burgers because the team putz around and still had a wrong order. Didn't bring it up because we weren't waiting another 40 minutes to have it fixed. In the amount of time it would've taken to go to the bank and get cash, I could've had a Carter's burger from down the street and been home eating. The manager also had no sense of haste, she didn't even look like she knew what was going on. Will never go back. Not recommended.
Food was delicious and customer service was superb. Unfortunately, the seating area was a little messy and we couldn't find a clean table. Had to ask a team member to clean one off for us.
I was there to pick up an order through doordash on Mar 12 2022 at 6:20 and stood there for over 20 minutes without getting any help from an employee. 10/10 would not order delivery from these guys myself. Trash customer service and food that’s barely a step up from that.
I placed an online order of 2 burgers, fries, and a milkshake at 630. Got there at 645. I told the lady at the register that I was there for my order, she yelled to the cooks that I was there, 2 of the cooks acknowledged verbally. I watched 8 people come in and order, then receive their food before I did. I asked the person who was bagging the food if mine was ready, she said it's waiting on fries. Then I hear the manager say don't worry about those online tickets, let's take care of the people in here. I got the food finally at 725. Then i had to wait for the milkshake.. which the lady who gave me the food had to ask three different people to make, which took another 10-15 minutes. Never again.
The food is good, the service is pathetic. Do not use DoorDash to order food from here orders are always screwed up and the management says there’s nothing they can do. Management might want to consider the look DoorDash is giving them and stop using DoorDash altogether. Customer service should be #1 not second to last. Just something to consider in the future.
That was a good damn burger! I had hoped it tasted like a 20 dollar burger and it did! Great job ??

I placed my order online at 5:30 got there at 5:55 tell me why my order was not acknowledged till 6:40 I literally sat there and watched my burgers sit there. They told me me I was waiting on fries even tho I watched people order and leave before me. I should’ve had them remake It I was so mad they literally did not even acknowledge me if you see someone standing in your store for almost an hour don’t you think you should be concerned?? as if they were ignoring me ?
