Super friendly staff, very clean and easy to access location. This is a bean enchilada, a la carte. Yum! My new favorite place for Mexican :)
I have never had a birira Taco. I had some about a month ago and I am in love!! The food here is absolutely delicious. I know there is no comparison but I no longer like Taco Bell and if I can't have authentic Mexican Taco from El Jalepeno... I don't want it.. This is my favorite go to place.

I LOVE Jalapeno, bro their Tortas are UNDEFEATED & I mean from everywhere in southwest Detroit too. That redish orange salsa they have omg the flavor is crazy BUT they don't anwser their phone it seems like I have to call 3 or 4 times to get them to anwser
My co-worker and I wanted to try the Barrio Tacos. We have never had them before and didn't even know where to get them from. Found this place that is close by and WOWZA! They were so good!! The Rice was great and so was the Guac!! Will be back, probably sooner than later :)
We have been coming to this restaurant since they opened up on Allen rd the food is excellent but the reason for only 3 stars is because of how high they have raised their prices,torta is up $4 higher the fajitas are up $6 that is a big jump for only being open a few years,if their prices continue to rise we will definitely be going to another mexican restaurant
I won't lie they have great tasting food, but on certain days someone else cooks and makes up there own recipes and serve it to ppl. Issue is they never continuously give you the same thing u ask for without messing it up.

We literally go to allen park once a week and its a MUST to stop and grab some Jalapeños lol we been a regular since October 2021 . BEST FRESH HORCHATA Y TACOS DE BIRIA delicious !!!!
