I had an issue with my online order being incorrect so I went back to the location and my food was remade for me immediately. The staff member that helped me was awesome and I wish I would have gotten her name. Very happy with the customer service here always.
When my wife usually says she is ordering chipotle, my day would get better. Now when she says that I just release a deep sigh and pray that it is a see less transaction. As of late it just seems like they are overwhelmed. Orders are taking longer and food is always missing something. Today I got my food and it doesn’t have the rice or fajita vegetables I ordered it just looks like I had nothing left in my cabinets and cooked whatever I found. My ingredients are on my receipt but not in my bowl. Please check your food before leaving the building because I trusted them and was slapped in the face (rookie mistake). 3/5 for me because they are consistently inconsistent
Placed an online order on February 18th for a confirmed pick up time of noon, and arrived at the restaurant at 12:15 to be met with a 'Closed' sign at the door and several other upset customers out in front. The restaurant was to open at 11, so they had known for at least an hour they weren't going to be open but were still accepting online orders. I understand there are shortages in the restaurant industry right now and I contacted Chipotle through their website and received a refund. However, I see from other reviews that this is not the first time this has happened. There are many other restaurants in the area to get lunch at that are reliable. I will not be back to this location.
Ordered online at 340 for a 420 pick up. Arrived at 415 and order had not even been started yet. Got food at 435 and it was missing items and was cold when we got it home. The restaurant was a mess, every table was dirty and had trash on some of them. There were 6 people working behind the counter and still had a line of customers waiting. The self serve drink containers were all empty and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. First and last experience with Chipotle?

Have never had a good experience here. Rice is completely raw, makes food inedible. The guac was literally brown and tasted spoiled. When I have ordered previously from this chipotle, I had to wait 2 hours ++++ for my order to be ready. I once waited 2.5 hours for guac and chips. This is absolutely ridiculous. This used to be my favorite chipotle and I have ordered from here dozens of times, but recently the service has been abhorrent. This chipotle needs to be closed down or an entirely new staff bc the food is absolutely rancid. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Ordered a carnitas burrito bowl with queso shredded cheese salsa quacamole and lettuce and what I received was disgusting ice cold and not eatable never ordered from here again!

Last night I ordered two bowls through the app, one for me and one for my co-worker. I went to pick them up on my way to work and the restaurant was closed. My pick up time was 5:50 pm. I arrived at 6: 02 pm and they were closed. I could see a couple of crew members inside. They would not pick up the phone neither would they come talk to me when I knocked on the window. Of course my card was charged. I realize people don't want to work anymore but why not pause app orders if you know you're going to close early?
The staff seem to be doing a good job with what they have available but it seems like management is trying to run this place into the ground. Numerous times I've stopped by and found they closed super early due to a lack of ingredients. I stopped by today and they had 2 whole people working and were out of a lot of stuff.Like I said, the staff is ok. The management is horrible and needs to be replaced asap
