the hostess was great, vibrant i loved her energy. but the restaurant itself was nasty there was a unknown item in my water and there were ants literally crawling on our table and all on the window seals. also, i ordered loaded boneless wings and they only put melted shredded cheese, no bacon and on top of that we had to ask for the sauce it came with.
Not a good experience. Wait time was almost 2 hours. They only had a small section open. Not enough servers and took a very long time to be served. They need to hire more staff. I know that times are harder since COVID-19 but this was ridiculous. The food was warm. Had to keep asking for things they forgot. Straws, silverware, and food items the forgot like fries.
We ordered takeout for 5 people for my son's birthday. many missing items, including his birthday dessert. i tried to call the store several times, only to be put on hold & eventually disconnected. I am so disappointed and digusted.
We were told there was a half hour wait because they only had 1 waitress. It took about 40 minutes until they were ready to seat us. They only had menu through QR code and my phone was at 5% but I made it work. The waitress was nice enough but she was taking her time, especially when putting the order into her tablet.We started with drinks and fried pickles. The straw-eddy Rita was very good and we got a second one later, but the Tito's punch was much too strong. The fried pickles were very dark but not burned, so they probably needed to change the fryer oil. They were still pretty good.We ordered the 6oz sirloin medium rare, what we got was about a 4.5oz medium well/well done steak with a lot of char and barely any juice or flavor. The potatoes were bland and a little rubbery, but the broccoli was decent.We also got the margarita chicken which was overall pretty good. The chicken looked like it had been frozen, but it still kept some moisture and had good flavor.It's understandable to be short staffed and have long waits because of it, but when the food isn't nearly worth the wait there's a problem.
Ordered the steak to play it safe asked for medium rare and got well done. They gave me too much sauce when I didn’t even need any and it got all over what I ordered so I couldn’t eat it and we waited about 2 hours because they had one single waitress. Wouldn’t go there again… only could eat the broccoli. And the drinks were way too strong.
Went into this location yesterday afternoon, this place was filthy. From the moment you walk through the doors finger prints everywhere, table we was sticky and had food on it, it was gross. The lady yelled over told us to sit at the table next to the bar. After listening to them talk about how much they get an hour we tried to order a drink but they were out of coconut Malibu lol. Needless to say we decided to leave. You really need to take better care of your restaurant. I haven't been to a Chili's in years and know why.
Terrible. I waited 40+ minutes for curbside after the time they said my food would be ready. The food was never brought out. I called, no answer. I went inside and my food was sitting there. Food was terrible. Nothing was fresh. I ordered a kid’s slider meal with fries. Burgers were hard and cold and I could literally count the amount of fries in the container. Original chicken crispers were cold and soggy. Ice was melted in the drinks after she told me they had just been made, and I ordered southwestern egg rolls and only got three when I thought it came with six while paying full price still. This was the worst experience I’ve had here and I’ve been a customer over 20 years. I will never return to this location.
Terrible service. Restaurant was empty and had a 15 minute wait before getting seated. Got seated and waitress forgot about us to take our order even though there were only 5 tables of customers. Other customers we spoke too said the same thing. Also saw a table leave because they were forgotten about. We ended up leaving as we wasted 90 mins of our time and only had drinks to show for it. The waitress had the nerve to ask us how things were going as we hadn't even gotten our food yet. There were 2 waitresses that were basically only helping the same 2 tables while we were there.
I ordered from the Allen Park Michigan location today, my order was totally messed up. I called for an hour and a half and couldn't get anyone on the phone. I ordered 4 meals. Cajun chicken pasta came with no chicken. I had a Mexican rice as a side for one meal, I didn't receive it. The big bite were overcooked and hard. I ordered fajita steak, the steak was so overpowering with garlic, I couldn't even eat it. I ordered a blackberry tea and half and half tea and received 2 unsweetened teas. That is absolutely too much wrong with one order. I really need someone to get in touch with me.
Long wait time after being told 8-10 minutes. Turned out to be at least 37 minutes due to a shortage of wait staff. Seating was too close to the door. Food was very good. Strawberry lemonade was watered down. Wait staff could have been more attentive. Food was brought out before plates were passed out. No courtesy check on how we were doing or what our needs were.
