Good food. Always fresh. A little pricey for fast food but worth it. Mac n cheese with nuggets is good. The frosted lemonade is good. Not a long wait at all if you order ahead in the app.
No straws for drinks, order 2 CFS, on receipt none in bag or on sandwiches. Just dry. Fries were just warm, not hot. Not pleased at all.
I go to this Chick-fil-A all the time however I will not be going back. They always mess up my order and forget stuff . Today I ordered a spicy southwest salad and got left over shredded chicken in my salad. Looks nothing like normal. I order this salad often I know what they look like .
Why is this the worst chick fil a in the country? I usually avoid this location like the plague but I was in the area today and decided to give it another try. The only positive part of this experience was my order taker who was happy and kind. I placed my order for a 12 piece nugget with Mac and cheese and frozen strawberry lemonade at 10:48 and didn’t receive my order until 11:10. 22 minutes for fast food is atrocious not to mention they had to remake my drink because the order was wrong and my mac and cheese noodles are still raw. Won’t be coming back again. Absolute dumpster fire the way this location operates in comparison to others..thanks for nothing!!
Always a pleasure. Today was the first time I tried carside pick up; I may never get on line again lol. Mind you the lines are SUPER long, but rarely ever a huge inconvenience because the staff executes and expedites the process flawlessly and the accuracy of my orders have ALL been 98 to 100%. If I could change anything it would be too remove the $50 limit on in app ordering; I was $6 over and had to remove items to be able to complete the order and it wouldn't allow me to place an additional order.
I have been to chick fila in over 30 cities, this is by far the slowest one in the country. Is it made to order here? 5 minutes at order station just to place order. Management needs a kick in pants.Update had to order curbside. They never answered at drive thru. Many people driving away without food. Probably waiting another 10 minutes at curbside. 6 cars there.
Perfect! We'll earned 5 Star. Food was good til the last bite. Everything was cooked Perfectly... Bun, toppings and fries were fresh. And my suggested iced tea mix drink was also good to the last drop! Drove all the way from Canada ?? for this!!
my boyfriend and I usually go here often and the food is usually fresh , this time i was so disappointed finding a cockroach literally on top of my sandwich after waiting 45 minutes in curbside … i then had to wait another 30 in my car waiting for them to bring me my new sandwich it was disgusting i had 3 other people and none of us wanted to eat our food after that. they offered to replace the sand which which we did take but i don’t know if we will be coming back to this location
The best chicken in the world. Fast ordering and even though there was 15 cars in front of me they only took about 5 to 10 minutes. If that to order and get my food.
For how busy you guys are, I was amazed on how quickly I got my food. I ordered online, walked in, and within 2 minutes I had my food in my hand. I applaud all workers here! Compared to Most fastfood who hate their job, these people are respectful and quick. My order was even accurate! The line was wrapped around the building, workers were inside and out. This was my first visit and will be returning.
