I wouldn’t go back to this Place, if you gave me a free meal and $100 cash.What Horrible Service. You should never treat customers poorly. The Girl that needs lessons to be respectful, at the drive thru speaker. Which you can barely hear anything. Will make you feel and call you names if you don’t know certain things on Menu. She called me Stupid. Cause I didn’t hear what she said on a Food I was asking for, I mean what if someone wasn’t all there and needed help with ordering. You going to treat them like that ?Point is. Just placed an order today of chicken and rib family combo with a coupon and they forgot to put my Mac and cheese in the bag and I live too far to go back for it. ??♂️ ? they must’ve thought myGravy was the 4th side and it wasn’t.Smh! So my chicken must not be today done. 1st pic!Never again smh
We ordered an Uber delivery and when we received the order it was short a side. When we called to inform them we were told to contact our driver that they made the order it was correct and was yelled at and told I was wrong and hung up on. Then once we spoke with driver which he did not have the missing item. My husband called back to tell them this the manager again was rude and yelled at my husband and hung up on him. The service is extremely unprofessional and I for one will never eat there ever again. Until they can hire a manager that knows how to be respectful and handle a customer service problem professionally.
Restaurant doors were closed and staff was extremely rude to me for simply saying, “hello“ after being left for an extended period as a drive-through with no communication. Told me, “they will get to me when they got to me“. Did not care when I explained I was an Uber driver and did not need to order. Rudeness continued at pick up window. I would not recommend this place for pick up or drive-through service I’m simply an Uber driver just trying to get my customers their food as soon as possible.
I have never been disrespected like this in my entire life by a fast food employee ever!!! We ordered online and went through the drive-through because the front door was locked. It was 7:30pm. We pulled up and asked for our order under our name. The employee said that the order was already picked up through door dash. My husband said “oh really” in a distraught voice….the employee said “yes really” in a really nasty way. So my husband said look I have the receipt on my phone she said she don’t need to see that and that the cook already made that order but he will make it again. Then the cook gave us the bag of food and we checked it. We were missing 3 pieces of corn bread and bbq sauce (we ordered a family meal) he said “man I gave u corn bread” in an annoyed voice and we said only three pieces…then we realized they forgot the brownie we ordered (family size) and we asked for that as well and he looked over at the lady and said man are they supposed to get a brownie and she said yes so they threw it in the bag and handed it to us roughly and we pulled off still missing a pop and bbq sauce. I am still upset about this. It is not our fault that you have our order away! I see that ppl have been complaining about this set of staff members for 6 months now yet nothing has been done. One more thing….we watched an employee stomp a roach on the floor. Boston market should be ashamed of themselves! How many complaints do you need before you do something about this lady and her crew members!
I place the order with a delivery confirmation. Then later received a text stating that my order was cancelled that I needed to contact the company. I called the company and there was no answer. Call today to get a refund on my order and spoke to a very rude supervisor who refused to give me her name. The supervisor hung up on me twice and told me that my order was put in the trash and that I had to pay for it. I feel the company should have called me and told me that the delivery was canceled but I can still come pick it up if that was an option but she said they do not do that.
This place has gone down hill big time. Prices up. Staff are rude. The chickens are TINY- look like Cornish hens. The outside by the drive thru looks totally ghetto. They either forget the cornbread or the gravy. Done. Undercooked chicken for over inflated prices!
The lady working the drive-thru today, Saturday at around 5:30 was so disrespectful. As someone that also works with the public, that is no way to treat anyone. After every item she said “is that it?” As we were still trying to talk. I wanted the garlic herb chicken. She said in a nasty voice, “well yeah which one.” I get frustrated working with the public also, but I wouldn’t ruin someone’s day that is just trying to order food. Horrible service.
Just left this location some ignorant beligerant, so called manager at the drive thru window, just yelled at me for giving my coupon code @ end ofthe order. I don't come to a restaurant to be talked to like a child! I need to speak to someone in ownership. I will never spend at that store again. She has no right to talk to another adult like that.
Went thru Active Menus for my Boston Market dinner for the family this evening. Online ordering was simple and easy. Food is hot and good.
