I stopped in for a quick cone and was, pleasantly, surprised when I discovered that this Baskin-Robbins actually has 31 Flavors as advertised. It's a busy location in the evening but they have a decent size seating area inside. The outside has a large seating area with curbside table's that are covered to keep you out of any heavy precipitation. I was served quickly but I got the sense that the gentleman who served me was having a bad day. But I may have been misreading him so I will leave it at that. Carryout service is available, with parking on both sides of the street, and masks are optional at this time. A two scoop cone, however, was more than $6.00, which I found just a little pricey. My 4 year old needed to use the bathroom when we were down the street so we ran inside this location so he could and the worker wouldn't let him use the bathroom because he's not a paying customer. Place is a joke
Nice, helpful and friendly staff! It is also a very convenient and clean location with great hours(11 am to 10 p.m) mon to sat.!

The new let of workers are very rude. Upset old Employees area replaced I believe the Baskin-Robbins of Allen Road does not have much of a future left
The ice cream was great.Have a large selection ofdelectable ice creams.My biggest concern wasthat the server was notwearing gloves as hesevered me and familymembers.Rating would havebeen a 5 star if server observedsanitary requirements. The small paper band around thecone , size was not adequate.It didn't cover the cone .

Well I placed an order on line (where names were typed out) for one cake and one pie both with Happy Birthday and the name. Unfortunately they spelled the name wrong for my grandchild but we needed to accept the order because the party was in just a few hours. I do understand mistakes happen but when I called to speak with Management this morning expecting a little empathy and remorse in stead i received I am sorry mistakes happen and it is was it is then they hung up. Really I wasn't asking for a new cake or a discount on the cakes already purchased BUT perhaps a small credit towards a future order. I do like this store for the basics but if you are looking for customer service or anything special as a name on your Birthday cake think twice. Definitely disappointed in their attitude towards the matter.
