Foods good but I’m annoyed with the night shift. They stall between time for orders and even stopped mid order so while I was there before they closed they closed and ignored through the speakers and I had to drive away. I’m not getting payed for gas and the fact I wasted my gas for nothing because they take so long for orders and closed makes me really frustrated. I just wanted food after work mins before they closed
I'm sorry but my wife and I had the WORST chicken sandwich EVER. Why does one customer get one PC of chicken and the other gets two. Looked like half chicken tenders on a bun with tons of lettuce. Also cheese looked old but that could be the type of cheese they used. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS SANDWICH TO ANYONE. Hey Arby's stick with the beef.....
Our family are die-hard Arby's fans. After an Arby's restaurant that used to have our loyalty "dropped the ball" time and again on food quality and service, we decided to try this place based on the reviews we saw and the proximity to our travel area (on 5/18/22, about 9:45pm). We were NOT disappointed! After this experience, I learned what a PROFESSIONAL, QUALITY Arby's was all about. From the time we walked in the door we were treated in a professional, courteous manner by staff. The restaurant was clean and orderly. The food was top-notch, made "spot-on" to our request, and totally EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!!!We now have a new 5-Star Arby's that has become our "go-to" going forward for a quality Arby's food experience! Thanks to all your staff who went the extra mile in delivering quality food and customer service! Whatever it is you're doing there, keep up the good work. It made our experience a STELLAR one. I have to say this is probably the BEST Arby's experience we've had... EVER! We'll definitely be back!
I didn't receive what I ordered.I had ordered crinkle ? and received curly. I ordered spicy fish and received regular.The nly that was correct was no bun.New staff at the cashier.These days you have to be able to smile ? in the enemy face.Praying for Arby's on Southfield MI.
My spicy fish sandwich was cold and taste as if it was sitting there all day. Very dissatisfied. Make sure you say please make to order. Cold fish tastes awful.
This is now my favorite Arby's. If you're like me and have been to this Arby's your entire life too then you will remember how goofy this drive thru was. It is now just like any other drive thru and you don't have to lean over to the passenger side if your alone!!!! What a pain that is, I hope Rally's (Checker's) will take the tip!!! ordered a classic chicken sandwich and when i opened the box up it was just the freaking buns lettuce and tomato no chicken technically just a freaking salad with bread.

Order was not complete and when I called they laughed thought it was as funny. Said to to call door dash for refund and door dash called and they refused to redeliver.
