Got the boneless wing bundle and everything was delicious and fresh. The hot honey dry rub was super crispy!!!!!! Definitely returning again and the the service was great:)

I ordered through the wingstop app. I ordered 2 bundles. Got charged for both and when the food arrived I was missing half the order. I called the store and a very rude, extremely short, rep refused to even take my complaint, let alone solve it. He claimed they were too busy and I needed to go there to the restaurant for him to fix my order and hung up. That was way unprofessional and out of line. Refuse the urge to patronize this location. They will treat you as if they are doing you a favor. For some reason, post COVID it is so hard to get quality service from any restaurant. They don’t realize the customers makes them keep the lights on. Customer service is dead!! Especially at Wingstop

I just want to start off with saying how much of an honor it is to be able to share how much I love wingstop. Best chicken in the game, and you can even purchase churros at your closest Indonesian restaurant near you. Whatever food you could ever want to put into your mouth, wingstop has. Lastly, roll Hawks!!!

I ordered online today. I never got a confirmation email, but I went to the store to pick up. When I got there, the door was locked and the employee told me that they had to close early due to the bathroom flooding so the owner shut down online ordering. When I told her I had ordered online she said for me to try and cancel it and if not to come back tomorrow and they'll take care of it. My order was almost $60 and there is no way to cancel it online. When you try calling, it just keeps ringing. The girl who works there was apologetic but their website needs to be fixed! I'm beyond busy tomorrow and shouldn't have to go back to get a refund because there is no option to cancel the order.

Waited an hour and a half in store for wings. Not only when we walked was no one cooking when we arrived at our scheduled pickup time. It took at least 40 minutes for anyone to get their food. For our order they lost the order ticket and made us wait total of an hour and a half. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience.

the chicken is dry, i waited over an hour for my order. they also completely messed up my order. never coming here again horrible experience

Never had Wingstop, so I tried Wingstop in Portland, OR for the 1st time and loved it, nice, meaty spicy wings! So, coming back to Worcester, Ma, so excited to have the same wings, I ordered the same wings...man! disappointment doesn't even begin to describe what I'm on right now. The wings are so skinny it's like these chickens were food deprived, or they were only fed Slimfast, they even look 2 sizes smaller. They were also so dry and NOT spicy. Fries were half dry, and half were okay, I didn't even mind the coldness, it's the fact that I basically ordered skins on bones. The 2 sauces, blue cheese and ranch were missing, it was like piled up disappointments. I was so annoyed that I decided to just order from Wings Over Worcester! I honestly thought I found a place better than Wings Over Worcester..smh. ?. No one should have to go thru this emotional roller-coaster!

3/5/22 - was shorted wings from an order. I get it mistakes happen. Called and RJ, Lazarus and Isaias gave me a new order and gave great service.

Food was decent but, staff was overwhelmed! There were 2 people taking online orders, managing in-store orders and cooking the food.At a minimum the operation requires 3 IMO as both employees looked burnt out and were very visibly tired making silly mistakes like charging for bone in wings when a customer ordered boneless $8 difference. Then not having the time to process a refund so needed to open cash register 15min later and give a cash refund but, in quarters due to no time to go back and get bills.Food quality was 9/10Service was 7/10Wait time (25min) was 5/10Parking & Location: 4/10 (No parking)Also there was no dine in option only takeout or delivery most likely as a strategic initiative due to the lack of staff as who would then need to clean & maintain the sitting areas. Note all restaurants in MA have resumed normal operations but, private business choose the right to delay and use Covid as a reason - shrugs..Overall experience was “ok”
