This place used to be great a few years ago but the past 5 times I ordered were beyond disappointing. They stopped weighing the chicken and now sell it by the number of “pieces” but those sizes are not standard so you could get a few tiny dried out “pieces” The prices are through the roof. The quality of the chicken itself took a nosedive, and has become questionable at best. They are automating everything so you can’t even phone an order in anymore. You need to go through the website, which is annoying. After being a Wings Over customer for over 20 years (I used to order from the on by UMass Amherst starting in 2000) I have finally given up on this place and I have a feeling I’m not the only one. Whoever owns this place is trying to squeeze every cent of profit out and doesn’t care about quality at all.
It's like they had to catch the chickens before they started to prep my order. Fries were done right away and sat for an hour. Cold and soggy. Order was wrong, ordered mild got melt steel hot, tossed in the trash. Waste of my time and money, still cant taste anything. Such a shame.
The waffle fries are flavorful but they are very hard to bite due to the stiffness. If you are going to order the fries be sure to ask them to make it tender. Also the ribs are very soggy. It doesn’t even looked as if it was cooked. Other than those two errors, the wings are very delicious.
Tiny little place looks like a McDonald's inside and their waffle fries are hard enough to break your teeth. Chicken is OK, nothing special and pretty expensive for what you get. Nothing but kids working there, had to repeat my order 3 times.
If I could name one place to trust for wings, it's this spot. Ordered online on a weekday evening and ready in 25 minutes; you could technically eat there but it's mostly a grab n go situation. Love the portions and front staff are super friendly
Our order arrived within the hour of placing it. The deliver driver was prompt and very polite. The food was delicious. Will definitely order from them again!I highly recommend Wings Over Worcester.
I used to love Wings over Worcester, but they no longer deliver to my neighborhood (?) or do they just not deliver ar all? They are using the price gouging Grub hub that would cost me $11 more than if I picked it up myself. I did puck it up, but when ordering I was shocked to find the discontinued the flavors I liked, and the crinkle fries are now awful haphazardly seasoned tatertots. I can't say won't ever order them again, because I do like the chicken, but only if I remember to order them on my way by. Which is close to never.
Tasty, crispy wings delivered? Thank you!! And the delivery driver walked an extra 200 feet to deliver because the city has destroyed my street.
Don’t waste your money! Been eating here for years and it was once very reliable, now it’s only reliably terrible every time. This was our last straw. Our take out tonight was cold, had no sauce, was overcooked and tough, and approximately one bite of chicken per 4 bites of breading. Absolutely disgusting. We will never eat here again.
I don’t know what happened to this place. I used to have a perfect meal every time I ordered here. Lately it’s been over cooked, or soggy. I used to love chicken sandwiches here. Now the chicken cuts are hard to bite through. Not sure if it’s cooking or the cut of chicken. The sauce menu change ended up taking a favorite of mine away. I like other flavors, but when quality and price change so much it’s another kick in the teeth that you can’t get what you like on top of it all.Ordered today, got the wrong fries my sandwich was made incorrectly and frankly I’m friggin over this place. What a fall from the top in such a short amount of time.
