Incredibly rude. Did not care to hear what the customers request was. Did not say hello goodbye thank you for any common courtesy whatsoever. Food was OK. We will never visit this location again and we will make sure to spread the word on how poorly customers are treated here.
This place is awful! Teens are rude. My order is almost never right and waiting 20 plus mins isn't Fast food which happens 4 out 5 times you go there. Never eating here again! I'm done! 0 stars!
Spicy Chicken sandwich killer anywhere....sold me a meal when I only wanted sandwich and soda...
Food was pretty standard. Employees were a little rude. Cashier spoke very quietly. I asked her to repeat herself, and she rolled her eyes at me. When my burger was ready, I went to pick up my tray. She just pushed my tray across the counter and never gave me a soda cup. I asked for my cup, and she just sighed and rolled her eyes again.Having a bad day, I suppose. But there's no reason to be rude to a customer over a soda cup.I ordered a burger with a side of fries, not attitude.
The place is always a mess they never have ice. It's the only one around me and I will drive 20mins away to go to another one rather than go this one even with the high gas prices because it's that bad. The big wigs seriously need to go in and clean house because this is by far not OK for a food service place to kept.
I’ve been to this particular Wendy’s a number of times. This was the first time I was made dissatisfied. The young lady (teen) who served me was nice but I was a little upset that they were out of baked potatoes. I thought it was kinda I’ll-mannered the way the apparent manager yelled over to the cashier, “Make sure you don’t take any orders for baked potatoes. We don’t have any!” After placing my order I asked for a receipt. There was no register paper left. I went to get my soda a one of those fancy “ multi-brand & flavor dispensers. One machine was broken and the other was out of everything except Coke and Hi-C. I got home to eat my chili and discovered the cup was only half full. My wife figured they might have given us the large cup because they were out of the smaller size ones and put less in. Maybe. I know restaurants and businesses are struggling with supplies right now however, some apologies and/or well-placed signs of “so sorry for some inconvenience at this time” would have helped. I hope they’ll get it together by the time I decide to take a chance to visit again. Post
Service was ok but they were out of so many things - sodas, register paper, certain foods, chili cups. A huge inconvenience.
Love the sauce of the grilled chicken but the chicken itself was dry. Also ordered a sugar cookie, hard as a rock. Could play hockey with it!
I never thought customer service could be so poor. Not sure what we did to upset this worker so much to have him throw our food at us.
Fries cold and greasy. The ppl working there couldn't care any less when I told them about it. Didnt say well make you some fresh hot ones. She said yeah that's just how they be. I kid you not.
