After waiting in line for what felt like hours, we arrived to find out that there frosty machine was broken. This was the 3rd week the machine was out of order. They did not inform people like us that the machine was broken prior to waiting in line resulting to us wasting out time. They are advertising a new item and cannot fulfill customers needs and wants.
Used to come here often but now? Just do not. The food is usually fine but staff service is very lacking. Placed an order in non rush time. I get there, no frosty? That’s fine, just put it back on my card. I asked for a receipt of this which they made me wait 5 minutes before coming back out and telling me the receipt printer is broken and that it’ll be another ten minutes. I cut the loss and leave and sure enough I received no refund of any kind. I was as patient as I always am with the hardworking workers of the food industry and got burned for it. Stay away.
First it’s cash only no card, then it’s my frosty machine is broken then it’s no baconator fries only original. All in one night? Learn how to train your staff. Absolutely pathetic.
Waited in drive thru line for over 20 minutes for them to just say they had no frosty’s! I tried calling multiple times they NEVER answer the phone. In the last week everytime I’ve gone there to get frosty’s they NEVER have any
Do not go to this location within the last hour of closing. They will send you away claiming “We can’t take anymore orders because the machines down.” They may say that “there’s nothing they can do” but it’s BS because they have full control.When I asked them if it was going to be an everyday thing, the worker replied “Yes. Sometimes we finish the shift, sometimes we don’t.” Personally, I feel that is unacceptable with a very few exceptions, including safety. You should not be working the closing shift if you are going to close the entire store based solely on personal satisfaction.
This place has a COMPLETE INABILITY TO GET ORDERS CORRECT!!!! I have ordered from here several times and they have messed up Every. Single. Order. Def won't be going here again, such a shame!
Food was cold. The app I used didn't give me the free item I ordered and they got the sandwich wrong and I had to go back. Chili was cold and greasy. Staff was accommodating with the error in the sandwich and polite.
Ladie at front never heard my chil order ok that is fine poeple are not perfect but when I tried to order it again she egnored me and said lobby is closed

Omg did grossed out!!!! Wanted to try the breakfast and decided to sit down and eat in the restaurant. While the girls working were very pleasant the dining experience was not good! Food was actually cold and while we were almost finished a flipping mouse ran across the floor! I actually screamed and jumped. The staff never even looked as they were all sitting at a table by the door eating. We had enough so got up the leave and yup you guessed it a second little mouse ran out from the trash bin and across the floor and under the drink machine. I squealed again and basically got out of there. ???????????
