I have been here many, many times and I love it. I've taken my mom there for the Christmas shows when she was still with us. Miss you Mom.They have excellent shows but, back in the mid 1990's when it was a movie theater is was a little run down. Now it's a wonderful place to go. I was supposed to go there today but I got lazy and I wished I went there for the show. They have excellent Christmas shows and I try to make it, they also have great concerts. To many to list except I will list one ( Get The LED Out)!!!
Amazing historical esthetics and architecture. Gorgeous and breath taking inside. My son thought we were in a castle! The seats and facility was clean and the ushers and staff were overly caring and understanding when the venue was too loud for my 3 year old. They even put a TV streaming the show on for us and carried over a bench for us to sit and watch the show from the lobby. The concession stand was very reasonably priced and though I don't endulge, I saw multiple kinds of alcoholic drinks in other parents hands. In all it was an incredibly unforgettable experience. I recommend you try it out
I've been to the Hanover Theatre a number of times, most recently for my young son to see a couple of live performances. The performances were done very well, and although meant for children, they could definitely be enjoyed by all. The staff is always very pleasant and welcoming. No matter where you are seated, you have a great view of the stage. There is also super convenient parking in a garage literally right across the street. I would definitely see any show there and recommend it to anyone.
Went to see Trolls live with the wife and kids. I think my wife and I enjoyed the show more than the kids did. Nice theater.
If you haven't been and taken advantage of this beautiful theatre you're missing a great opportunity. The artistry of both theatre and plays with such wonderful artists is something you're missing out on and is a shame to miss.
Great time at Blue Man Group ? theater was beautiful and being plus size I felt the seats were very comfortable and staff was helpful. Looking forward to returning. Thanks Blue Men!
Had our first-ever visit to the Hanover Theatre tonight for Anastasia. Other than the Kennedy Center and a couple of the Broadway theatres, I believe this is the best and nicest theatre where we have seen a show. Parking was easy also. Can’t wait to see more shows here!
Show was 5 stars (Blue Man Group). Theater was 4 only because the seating sucked. Too smushy. Very well directed though. Lots of ushers.
Love taking in a show at those theater. It's easy in and out and a beautiful place.
Beautiful theater and wonderful events... But be prepared to be hot and uncomfortable given the HVAC system is set for the elderly. Also, they are still doing 'face blanket security theater' and requiring your jab card to attend shows.
