My husband and I tried to dine in here and the lady didn’t wait on us at all. She didn’t ask what we wanted to eat or anything. Just gave us the waters. We left right away. Bad customer service! Not coming back! And it was on a slow day too!
The servers working the noon shift today were EXTREMELY rude and XENOPHOBIC to a person picking up my order. My driver, who is hard of hearing and not super fluent in English, was trying to do her best to pronounce my name and the employee proceeded to say: "Oh, you don't speak English? Well, SIT DOWN." I overheard this on the phone and asked them to not be rude and they had the AUDACITY to continue whining and bickering, asking why would she do this job if she couldn't speak English. Still so shocked that a place that serves multicultural cuisine would have such disgusting and prejudiced behavior.
Best Thai food that I've ever had. It also had a great atmosphere and was very clean. Good service, as well.
Food is amazing but their kitchen is absolutely slow. You need to be super patient to enjoy them either dining in or picking up unfortunately.
Amazing Thai foods. Always happy to order from Thai Time. I always put an order through their website, faster and more accurate than ordering through Grubhub/Doordash. This place is always busy during dinner, best to call to put an order that way the staffs can approximately tell you how long it will take. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.
I ordered Rama Duck and it said with red curry and peanut sauce but there was NO CURRY taste. All I tasted was LOTS of peanut sauce which was very fatty and buttered taste. I called the restaurant and after a period of discussing, they would not refund and they can make a replacement with red curry sauce dish BUT without duck. The reason why I ordered rama duck because I wanted to eat duck. So red curry sauce without duck is not an option for me. They said, "well you have the duck, so you just need red curry". I hope they understand by mixing meat with sauce doesn't call cooking and won't taste the same as actual cooking. I just gave up and the waitress quickly hung off the phone without an apology. Very bad customer service and bad food. Will not go to them or order from them again.
all the dishes we ordered are delicious. right amount of spice and not too oily and greasy like others... highly recommend
I really enjoy coming here. This most recent time I got their Mango Curry which I really enjoyed. It was also cold out and they provide free hot tea refills. What a nice surprise. They refilled it without asking. They are also BYOB so that is always great too.
We ordered 2 appetizers along with our meals, the fried pork dumplings were okay but the BBQ wings that the menu states has house made BBQ sauce tasted exactly like generic grocery store BBQ sauce and the chicken was low quality. They seemed to want to avoid selling the wings when they told us it would take 25 minutes to make. I had the Mango Curry Chicken special for my meal and it was lackluster for the price and the mangos tasted off like they were on their way out. Sadly the food was not great, I remember this place being better in the past. The stars I give them are for good service as the waitress was attentive and kind.
Love Thai Time so much. The Thai Time Special with pork made very spicy is out of this world. Thank you all for your service to Worcester and happy holidays!
