Amazing customer service and great food. Our server Joe was super attentive and friendly. This place is not a quiet spot but a good high energy with great steak and a variety of mixed drinks and beers. The fried pickles were a bit thin but good flavor. Great spot overall, I recommend for steak, some drinks and apps.
It was our first time here to celebrate Father’s Day 2022. We just LOVED it! the place is very cozy, the food wonderful. This pork rib was very juicy and tender. My daughter loved seeing the animals on the wall. The only thing I was scared of was that FAKE snake right behind me on the wall HAHAHAHAHAH but only because I'm really scared. The place is really cool. And the prices are super affordable. Go to the website to look. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there. Thank you guys. Everything was GREAT! ✨
We have been to Roadhouse in different states, like Virginia, Tennessee and New York. About one month ago, we went to this restaurant,which is near my home. Today is my wife’s birthday and I remembered that when we had lunch at Roadhouse in Syracuse, they gave us a pleasant surprise by singing songs and sending greetings, very good memories and that’s why we decided to choose this restaurant again. Unfortunately no surprise, what’s more worse is the steak wasn’t cooked well, not as good as last time. A little bit disappointed.
Take out usually has something wrong. Food quality going down hill. Raw steaks, burgers, and chicken. Chicken critters now the size of chicken nuggets and barely get any.

I went to Texas Road house today for lunch. I had received a coupon for a free appetizer because I have the app on my phone. We ordered our food and had to ask for rolls. We were treated poorly throughout the meal. I apologized for using the promotion THEY sent me. If they are going to cop an attitude then don’t expect people to use it or patronize your establishment. We were ignored and made to feel like criminals who were stealing from the server/restaurant. I ordered the grilled chicken breast which was tiny, pounded and dried out. The sirloin that was ordered by my friend was over cooked as well. The restaurant looked dirty from the moment we walked in. It needs a scrubbing and some training in how to treat people. Terrible.
We haven't been to a Texas Roadhouse is a long time and we weren't disappointed. The food is still fantastic and tasty. My husband got a steak and I got ribs. We were both in heaven eating our meat.Our server, Montez, was also wonderful. He was attentive, but not overly attentive. He checked on us after we had a chance to dig into the food and about halfway through the meal. He was very personable, funny, and all around a great server. I'd highly suggest requesting to sit in his section if he's working when you go.Overall, we plan to go back.
The bread is FANTASTIC and the meat is great. Kayla our waitress was amazing!!!! It was my cousins birthday and they sang for us which was great. The onion was not great so I don’t recommend that. But the service was great and the atmosphere is awesome- even with how busy it was on a Friday night. Definitely recommend!!!
The service here is really good, Steak is too.My husband usually getst full off the bread & butter ehich are delicious.All of the food here is really good, my usual is a 6oz steak (medium) with the best salad ever & a cup of chilli.
