The rolled ice cream was good and the teas are tasty. I felt bad for the worker who had to handle the place alone and that is why I gave it 3 stars. She did an awesome job and kept a pleasant composure. They are lucky to have her.
Their were these 2 very kind girls who had great customer service skills. Definitely will be going back.Came back yesterday glad to see the same workers and a new staff, they make it a good environment.
The ambiance of the store is so comfortable and modern, the rolled ice cream and boba is so good and cheaper than most places, and all the music they were playing was great. 100/10 (its busy here and there's only 2 people so obviously expect a wait but no points off for that)
Okay so I feel bad cus the girl was working alone. Another girl was like wandering around??I immediately noticed the mess! Stuff everywhere, over flowing trash, dirty bathroom, no paper towels.We waited 35 MINUTES FOR 2 ICE CREAMS!And the “endless” toppings is 7 total toppings.Not a lot of ice cream at all. Took 2 minutes to finish it.Just all around bad.It was decent tasting wise.
I have been here multiple times, but I have to say today was very disappointing. There were two young girls in charge. They did not only took forever to even take our order, but also they were rude and one of our orders was pushed through the counter and not delivered in our hands. Also the flavors are not the same, the Thai tea tasted watery and the smoothies were very liquid and the flavor was insipid.
Idk how this place received so many 5 star ratings! It was a waste of time for me to come here. No boba, no smoothie, no wintermelon, literally no milk tea drinks were available. When I asked what was available they said only the green tea section was…Will not be coming back!
The ice cream was delicious, the toppings were unlimited and the staff were friendly. I will definitely be coming back!
Such a cute, cozy spot and great idea. The ice cream rolls are fun to watch being made as well as tasty/filling. Only downside was the fact that they only had one worker so it took about 10 minutes for her to get to making our order, as she was handling everything and all guests alone. Still worth the wait though!
