usually this place is fine and just like any other taco bell (mediocre food and customer service) HOWEVER they say they're open until 12/1am but if you drive up anytime after 10 they say they're closed. they'll still have online orders on, but won't make it and will argue with you about canceling it. my friend ordered around 10. arrived and they told her to cancel. she did it again a few days later and had to fight with them to get them to make her food. seeing it says everywhere, EVEN ON THE DOORS, that they are open until midnight and google says 1 am, they should either update their hours or get better management/staff. has happened on so many occasions i can only assume they do it every night. if u want a late night snack, don't even waste your time. they'll deliver through grubhub late, but if you try to get your food in person, forget about it.
Terrible service, terrible attitudes. Not every employee is like this. But majority is. Also if you're doordash, this is one of the worst locations to go to. They leave the orders on the counter and don't even greet you or ask who the order is for. I went in my first time and had this girl literally walk away from the counter and say " I don't know what he's waiting for, grab your order and go" under her breathe as she walked to the back.
Without a doubt the worst taco bell on the planet. I've been 3 times, the first my order was completely incorrect. The second it was cold and stale. This time I got a chalupa with no beef in it! Lol... just Lettuce and cheese. They mess up the orders so badly it has to be on purpose. Incompetent staff. Avoid like the plague.
Been noticing from last 6 months, that if you visit them after 9:30pm, they say we are not taking orders. Or Use Grubhub orders - I ordered through Grubhub three times and all times they said, “oh we are out of ingredients”Basically, employees don’t want to work after 9:30pm even though the store is open till 1am.
I drove up to the drive-through and was told that they were not taking orders because they had 10 pages of door dash orders. I guess door dash is more important than a physical customer.
The food is good, but the service not so much.
Only taco bell ive ever been to that served fresh food. The crunchwrap supreme actually has crunch to it lol
Earned 5 stars. I haven't had taco bell in at least 5 years and decided to stop on Grafton st. for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The immediate drive up, ordering, paying and receiving food was fast in probably less than 4 minutes and the food was prepared perfectly and tasted extremely fresh. Thank you for restoring my enjoyment in Taco Bell.
Got My order wrong. when I called to discuss the issue the employee proceeded to argue that my irder wasnt wrong he checked it HIMSELF and then hing up on me and was very disrespectful. I hope management fixes that employees behavior.
OMG I absolutely love Taco Bell ?I have no complaints except I WISH they could open one closer to our area..... Northbridge, Uxbridge, Milford etc.
