Had to go to 3 different subways till finally was able to use coupons that I received in the mail!!
Lady was so nice today on June 16 2:30 forgot to catch her name but so kind, some of the best subway customer service I’ve ever had. 10/10 if you’re in Worcester go to this Subway:)!
I decided to treat my dad for his birthday today to Subway for lunch ?. It was very good. I'd gotten a $15.00 Dollar gift- card from a close friend 2 years ago, and haven't had a spare chance to use ,so I decided to take my dad today to celebrate his special day. I ordered the Sweet Chicken Terriyaki 6 inch Sub with the Sweet Terriaki sauce and my Dad got the B.M.T. 6 in. Sub and we got 3 cookies 1 oatmeal raise , 1 White Macadamia nut cookie ,and Whitch Raspberry Macadamian note cookie for myself. The White Raspberry Macadamia cookie was quite delicious. This is a nice subway , the young girl was super friendly & sweet. Differently a little costly to eat out. No complaints ?! All Positive things to say !
One of the best Subways in Worcester in my opinion!! Very clean and well maintained, plus the staff is very friendly and quick at their jobs! 10/10 would eat here again!!Also the Manager at this location is amazing!
Way to many ppl in such a small place could not take it but the sandwich was good
I have been going to this subway every since I moved to this area of Worcester. Today Tyler and Alex made my sandwich and they did a FANTASTIC job. I definitely got my money’s worth. I had all the right amounts on my sandwich and it tasted great!!! Keep up the good work Alex and Tyler!!!!
One of the worst Subways I have been to. There were two employees working on one customer at a time which made the time I was in there so slow. When it was my time to order the employees were very rude. It’s like they were annoyed that I was in there ordering a sandwich. One of them didn’t change their gloves after handling money to make food, which is disgusting. I couldn’t really see the choice of veggies because the glass was filthy but when I opened my sandwich the vegetables looked old, brown, and limp (no crisp to them). I got to the register and I wasn’t asked if I had a Subway rewards, yet I waited a few extra minutes to order because they were (both) signing up the person in front of me. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location.
Not very satisfied with the quality of the food. The chicken in my sandwich tasted raw and undercooked. Just like the other subways, bacon was missing from my sandwich. The store itself is clean and well maintained.
I have been this Subway's before when several other were just about out of bread. I came here and they had bread which was great. The employee was great and made the sandwiches to order and quickly. If I meed a Subways and I'm in the area I'll be heading here.
Prices keep going up. The subway app never works either.
