This starbucks is inside the Target. Hit or miss staff not always on top of things. Bummer because love Starbucks.
almost every time i order here they are out of stuff that i want to order
Went to starbucks for some coffees. Unprofessional from 2 of the employees. The coffee were incorrect, and when asked for a refund they didn't give one, had to get a gift card from target. The attitude was uncalled for when letting them know that the coffee was wrong, they were really making fun of the situation, and treating us as if we were stupid. And running off as there feelings were hurt becausese we were unpleased, with their coffee. Horrible experience will not be back. They can keep the coffee for 10 buck for 2 of them.
Easy to access inside of Target, can stop on my way during some errands. Not a huge menu but that’s expected.
I went in there to get a iced matcha tea. I noticed that there was a lot of customers that had placed their order by mobile after I’ve placed my order and got their food before me. I was standing in there for about 25 minutes for a tea and I was staring to believe that my order had not even been placed.
The past couple times I’ve visited this location there were only 2 employees working (one on register and one making the drinks). They were both friendly and got my order right. The line was long and I waited awhile for my drink but with only two employees I understood and felt bad for the girl being overworked making drinks. She did a great job considering.Update: They never have the flavors that I want available, always out of stock. Pistachio just came out, they had a handmade sign advertising it yet didn’t have any? My son got a Frappuccino and it wasn’t made correctly, it was so thick he couldn’t even drink from it.

I've been there 3 to 4 days and the person that supposedly be attending the customers is never there. Bad!!!
Horrible service, no one knows how to make coffee or do their job. Very unimpressed.
Costumer service is good, the wait for the order to come out is long though.
