I waited for two drinks for 8 minutes very slow service but there were many people there doing little tasks very slowly I won’t come back here again also their medium cups look like a small better off going to Dunkin

Staff is rude and racist. Simply asking a question on how to order coffee correctly and was yelled at and accused of having an attitude. Then screamed at by a young man to leave. So if you are brown don’t ask questions because you will be labeled angry. Everyone is over worked and short staffed but no excuse to treat customers this way. Never going to this chain again. Local places in Worcester are better and you get quality customer service.

Do better Starbucks.... Drinks arrived from UberEats missing 1/3 of the coffee. My hope is that management sees this and works on training with their team members.

The manager is ill equipped and inhospitable. I made a request abs he talked about me openly to another customer on earshot. A short bearded dark haired man. I sure if ethnicity but it doesn’t matter. He a atrocious manager

Me and my wife stopped in this place and I got caramel macchiato and my wife got ice coffee with expresso shot ,we payed 12 dollars for two coffee I love Starbucks but I will tell you guys something does two coffee was so trash I should come back and ask for my money back but I didn't does coffee was soooo bad just unbelievable how people make trash coffee like that after left the Starbucks we went to prices shopping and we trow the two coffee way

store #7862 is the worst starbucks in the history of Starbucks! Not only have I’ve been there and waited more than 45 minutes for a drink because they are understaffed and have teenagers working there that have no idea what they’re doing along with no management. I send my co-worker to buy drinks for 4 of us and they gave us the wrong drinks. I go there because it’s the only one close by unfortunately! Don’t worry I will definitely stay away since you guys don’t appreciate my business. I ordered a Caramel Oatmilk Hot Cappuccino and got a “Tall Blonde Roast!

Too many customers! Every time I go here, (and I almost never go here) the drive through line is wrapped around the entire building and into the parkinglot. Indoors there's 25-30 customers standing and waiting for their takeout orders. I don't think this is the fault of the employees at all, they are working very hard and are always polite. Starbucks needs to build another location nearby to spread out the workload these poor baristas are trudging through. The drive through line alone was 30 minutes before I could even order, and another 12 before I paid and collected my items.

Hours of operation not accurate! I went to this location on Sunday and the hours state it closes at 8:00pm but when I tried to go there at 2:00pm the doors were locked but there were people inside. I went back to my car and tried calling but there was no answer. Shortly after I saw a bunch of people leaving with the last person locking the door. No signs stating they were closing for any specific reason. Strange!

If you come here, go to the drive-thru. Fastest method of ordering.Don't even bother ordering ahead. I have waited here for 15+ minutes on several occasions after ordering ~10 minutes ahead. They definitely prioritize the drive-thru customers.Nothing has ever been wrong though, which is nice.

This is by far the worst Starbucks. As others have said, it takes 45 mins for a drink no matter how you order it, and no matter what you order. They were fine where they were up the street on West Boylston, but they have been spinning out of control since they moved to the new building on Park Ave. They cannot exactly blame the pandemic, because this was happening way before.They are always short on staff, and the staff working there are either trainees, or people who don’t know what they are doing. I have observed a manager who was just standing behind a new employee; she was clearly struggling and the orders where piling up. This manager did absolutely nothing but watch. I have worked in the food business myself, yes you have to let new people learn by doing, but customers come first, so as a manager or experienced employee you need to roll up your sleeves and keep up with the orders. Otherwise your customers are not happy, and your setting up the new employee to fail.Do not make the mistake of entering their drive-thru, you will be stuck. I was in the area today, and online ordering was not available, so I figured let me go in. I get there and were doing ‘drive-thru’ only. No thanks, drive-thru was a mile long. So I drove to the one on Summer St, which is open. It took 3 mins to make my order.Poor management at Park Ave needs to take some notes.
